Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Venice

It was really lovely. We arrived early for check-in and Daniele kindly accommodated us in other apartments( so that we could relax from the road and wait for our apartment to be ready). The place has a wonderful location. A supermarket is 20 meters away. We walked 6 minutes to the sea with two small children. The yard is very cozy,clean, there is a children's playground. The place was also perfectly clean, there was new furniture. Daniele kindly provided us with baby cots and high chairs. He was always available and answered questions quickly. And also when I needed to take my car to the workshop, Daniele offered his help and drove me. By the way, the parking lot is on the territory and in a shady place. Thank you Daniele for your vacation. We will definitely come back to you

It was a great vacation with a nice apartment. Everything was perfect. Very, very nice hosts. Our daughter didn't want to go home anymore. There was nothing missing from the apartment, on the contrary we were so amazed that the hosts really thought of everything. Clean and flawless. Very big praise. We will be back.

3 happy days in very pretty home. A lot of small and pleasant details. Easy to reach the destination, not so far from Venice, 15-20 min walking till rail station and 10 min by train to Santa Lucia rail station from Venice. A supermarket 7-10 min distance. Our stay was pleasant and host was always available. The place is very well connected to public transport and in 8-10 minutes you can get to Venice.

I spent a few days with my daughters. We arrived at the place around 10 pm, the host was waiting for us, he showed us everything. The apartment is as described. Great location. Bedding and towels on site, however, if someone does not like disposable ones, I suggest you bring your own. Unfortunately, we did not use the pool because they required a cap (I do not know if it is marked in the description, because I did not check). Overall, I recommend this place and the host

We immediately felt at home at Paola's place. It is clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Both during the day and in the evening it is very quiet. The house is locked from the bike path by a gate, so the grounds are not accessible by strangers. The access to the house from the main road takes 15-20 minutes, so we preferred to do errands and excursions by bike or nearby bus. The starting point for bike rides, visiting the beaches in Cavallino and Jesolo and especially the quickly accessible ferry station to Venice made the house perfect for us. Only the many mosquitoes there bothered us, but the house is fully equipped with insect screens. So don't forget mosquito spray. Thanks Paola, it was great all around

The listing is exactly as described. It is very well equipped, we lacked nothing. The entire apartment was very clean. A big plus is the great large kitchen, the great shower and, our highlight, the large roof terrace, where we could enjoy aperitifs and dinner. The contact with Enrico was friendly and reliable from the beginning, and he perfectly worked out everything worth knowing, so that there were virtually no further questions - from access to the apartment to parking. He always responded very quickly - in short: a perfect host, thank you!

There were eight of us and we had fantastic days in this beautiful house. The garden offers many cozy seating and lounging facilities, the equipment leaves nothing to be desired: four large bedrooms each with their own bathroom, comfortable beds, huge showers, air conditioners in every room and a perfectly equipped kitchen. Everything is well maintained, safe, lit – even covered parking spaces are available. Garbage separation is clearly regulated. We would particularly like to thank the warm hosts Christine and her husband: As a welcome, there were prosecco and fresh flowers, to say goodbye dear words – you rarely experience so much warmth. Umberto on site was also very helpful. The location is perfect for excursions, e.g. to Venice, a supermarket is right nearby. Even as a large group, you have a lot of space to retreat or get together. A wonderful place – we say thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The house is wonderfully quiet - out of hunting season. The pool is clean and plenty of loungers are provided. If you have a wide car, you will have trouble at the bridge. The kitchen furnishings are moderate, but it is enough for quickly what to do. The landlords are very nice and helpful, you can only wander in Italian. We would book the house again.

Great place to stay and visit venice!

The hosts made the stay at their beautiful farmhouse absolutely incredible. My friends and I have relied on public transportation to get around for our journeys, so it was difficult to get around solely on foot in this location since there wasn't much around other than farmlands. We definitely got our steps in! The hosts were so helpful. It was hard to communicate with them because they spoke very little English, but they made such an effort to try to understand us. They brought us breakfast one morning and really made sure that we eating good and making the best of our stay. They provided us with local restaurants and spots to go to in the area. The house itself was so well prepared for us and incredibly peaceful. We enjoyed our stay there so much a second trip might have to be planned soon. The stay was amazing because the hosts were such great people. They even gave us a ride to the bus stop after checking out! You can tell they truly care about the house and the people visiting.

My family and I traveled around Italy and stayed for two nights in this nice place. The atmosphere of the big house was very cozy and calm. We woke up to the sound of birds. Free parking for our car was a few meters from the entrance. Marziano met us and showed us his house, instructed us in detail on how the appliances in the house work. By the evening it was a little chilly and Marziano, at our request he turned on the additional heating. The house has three bedrooms and three large bathrooms. Marziano tips for choosing a restaurant were very helpful. We visited one of the recommended fish restaurants. It was wonderful. It was convenient to get to all the interesting places of our trip by car. Thank you Marziano for your hospitality.

Although we were only guests of Paolo for one night, we especially appreciated the quiet, central location of the apartment. Paolo is very helpful and the communication was very good.

Very nice apartment with a large garden in a quiet location. The nearest town, beach can be reached in a 7-minute drive. Very friendly hostess and everything went smoothly.

Great host Fabiano welcomed us and made us feel home

Erim was a great host. We got in a little earlier than expected and he met us and got us situated in the apartment. The bus stop that takes you into the city was close by. We took the 6L bus in from the piazza Mercato stop. It was 1.5 Euro per person and they do not take cash but it was easy to do and the ride was quick into Venice.

Great place with a great host!

Jenny's place is a great surprise to us! We only spent one night there before flying early in the morning but we would have stayed a little more! It's a spacious apartment with all the comforts you need! Be careful that we particularly appreciated it: two coffee pods and breakfast was waiting for us! Given the little time we had, we really enjoyed it! In addition, I recommend this apartment for people like us who were flying to the airport because we were able to walk in 20 minutes without hurrying! Perfect!

We stayed here after booking very last minute due to changes in our travel plans. Stella was incredibly kind and helpful, responded very quickly to all of our questions, and made us feel welcome. We wish we could have stayed longer and we definitely plan to go back!

Great apartment, well located with a supermarket next door, super clean and equipped. We stayed one day, from Wednesday to Thursday, and there was a problem with the air conditioning, we needed to open the window to ventilate. Maybe that's why we heard a lot of noise from the garbage truck very early. Still, we highly recommend the apartment
