This Tiny House, lovingly built by the owner, is uniquely located on the water (a canal) in the green outskirts of Spaarnwoude. The perfect combination of space, nature and proximity to the cities of Amsterdam and Haarlem. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a dining area. There is a terrace on the jetty outside. On the first floor, there is a double bed and a sofa, where you can enjoy the special view over the canal.

This luxurious family house was restored in 2024. With 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. A large open kitchen and a cozy garden with a tv and a mini-fridge. It is also possible to add an extra baby bed. Just a 5 min walk to the trainstation to Amsterdam, This train will take you to Haarlem city in 10 minutes, and 25 minutes to Amsterdam. Also, if you want to go to the beach, its a 15 min drive to IJmuiden and if you take the train, you can be at Zandvoort in 25 min!
