This Commies house (customs office/former BORDER/ TAX CONTROL Office ) is one of the oldest houses at the mouth of the North Sea Canal. The house dates from 1875 and thus forms the basis of the later IJmuiden. With the largest sea lock in the world within walking distance and beach and fishing port within a radius of 1 km, this place is an ideal starting point for day trips. Haarlem (15 min.) and Amsterdam (30min.) are also easily accessible. Public transport bus and train - are available as well as free parking.

The Prinsenboot is moored in the beautiful Spaarndam, a small village close to recreation area Spaarnwoude, Haarlem, Amsterdam and also the beach is close (Bloemendaal and Zandvoort). Two restaurants can be found in the village, and the Albert Heijn is within a walking distance! The boat has 4 bedrooms with space for 8 people, a luxurious bathroom and a spacious kitchen. There's a TV in both one of the bedrooms and in the living room. With the beautiful weather you can enjoy the sun in the cockpit.

My chalet is located near the recreation area Spaarnwoude with an opportunity for many family-friendly activities, golf, indoor skiing at Snowplanet, beautiful walks, swimming and many other different facilities for relaxation. You'll love my place because of the beautiful water views and comfortable rooms. There is everything you need for a perfect stay. Just 10 km away are the bustling cities Amsterdam and Haarlem. The Kennemerduinen and the beaches of Ijmuiden, Zandvoort and Bloemendaal are easily accessible by bike, car or public transport. From the kitchen and living room with fireplace you can see the sea and the coastline. And from the dune room where you can sleep, there is a view over the dunes where deer often walk.
