Thank you Vera for being a great host, we had a wonderful stay with you on our first visit to the Netherlands! A perfect location for travel to Amsterdam, zaanse schan, the beach & the surrounding area. Our children loved the play park & football pitch up the street! Very peaceful village to come back to after days out and we was very lucky with the weather so could enjoy the garden area in the sunshine. Thank you for the delicious breakfasts!! Would highly recommend anyone to visit!!

Located on the outskirts of a small settlement, the center of Egmond an Zee is within walking distance, as is the beach and dunes. The parking pass was particularly convenient, so you can park for free in the nearby public parking lot. (Really very close.) The apartment was also very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. There was also a crib for our son. The stairs up are quite steep, but the pictures don't hide that either. The hosts were also extremely friendly and helpful. We would come back anytime in spring.

The place was really wonderful. It was very clean, very cozily furnished and everything necessary was there. The location is a bit remote but Egmond Binnen was easily and easily reached with a short nice walk. The way to the beach of Egmond Binnen takes a little more time but is completely worth the way. Ton and Marian warmly welcomed and were always available. All in all it was a very nice and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Amsterdam! The location is absolutely perfect—everything we wanted to see was within 20 minutes, and the walks never felt long because there’s so much charm and beauty along the way. Plenty of restaurants right outside the front door. We recommend LAVASH for beautiful food. The ground floor apartment was ideal for us, especially traveling with a 1-year-old, a stroller, and quite a bit of luggage. Super easy access, which made coming and going stress-free. Inside, the space was bright and spacious with lots of natural light, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Really a fantastic cottage to completely relax in nature. The big window is great. We were facing the sun that shines among the tall trees, the birds on the ground, and the woodpeckers and squirrels. In the afternoon after coming home from our day activity, we even saw a deer from on the property less than 20 meters away! Furthermore, also perfectly located to do fun things in the surrounding areas.

We stayed 3 nights at Tatjana's place. A pretty little place to stay that keeps everything it promises. Tatjana was very friendly, communication worked well. The location of the place was perfect. 2 minutes walk to the beach, see the lighthouse from the breakfast table. Shopping and restaurants 5 minutes walking. We'd love to come again.

We had the best time at Romke‘s apartment. Check-in experience was great, the apartment is comfortable, stylish and thoughtfully equipped (we loved the Rituals products in the bathroom). Parking was very convenient and only a short walk from the apartment. The location was perfect for visiting Amsterdam (via public transport - bus stop nearby), Haarlem (approx 15 min by car) and tulip fields (approx 30 min by car). The surroundings are beautiful and we loved sitting outside and listening to the birds in the garden and enjoying an evening walk in Spaarnwoude. Romke is the kindest host and made sure that we enjoyed ourselves at all times. We will for sure come back to this great place 💯

Dax and Willemijn are great hosts. We arrived early and were very tired, but Willemijn kindly drove us to the restaurant, which truly touched us. Dax is very responsive, providing useful tips and checking in on us regularly. The cottage is adorable—super cozy and stylishly furnished. The location is perfect, set in a quiet area with the soothing sounds of birds chirping. There's a beautiful park just across the road, creating a perfect vacation atmosphere. It felt like we were staying in our own home. Additionally, it's easy to reach Amsterdam by bus and train. Highly recommended!

The stay with Bettina was all around great! Beautiful, very clean apartment with all the necessary amenities and in a very great location close to the beach. Communication with Bettina was also great. She was very friendly and helpful and responded immediately to questions. I'd love to come back and recommend it to anyone! 😊

Super cute place within walking distance to the beach and the dunes. Lots of beach restaurants also easily accessible. Would go back!

The space is beautiful, and Jeanne is a wonderful host who helped make my long weekend in Amsterdam memorable. I appreciated her recommendation to visit a nearby windmill town. It was a lovely walk and a highlight for me. While the train ride into Amsterdam was a bit longer and more expensive than I had hoped, it was always nice to return in the evenings and cozy up in the suite.

Petra was an excellent host. She allowed us to arrive a little early, welcomed us on arrival, showed us the apartment and gave an orientation. The apartment is modern and very attractively furnished. Everything was very comfortable and we made ourselves at home.

We stayed at Mjc's for 2 nights. He was super friendly. We were able to park on his property. Everything is within walking distance. In 10 - 15 minutes you are on the beach or at the train station, from where you can easily take the train to Haarlem or Amsterdam. We will be happy to come back.

There is a word in Danish that seems to be the most reflective of the feeling that I got in this space, and that word is Hygge. From the comfort of the space w/ good lighting, the amenities of comfort, or even just the general attitude of the family when I arrived. Etienne has catered a fantastic atmosphere and her host Marcia was kind and responsive in all communications. My only gripe is that this time I couldn't stay here longer, but I would be looking to this spot again should I return!

We had a great time The setting is idyllic. Very peaceful, the outside is so nice with views of the field and the sheep. Everything is very well thought out, we did not miss anything. When we arrived, we had nice touches like making aperitifs or chocolates, it was adorable. In addition, Marco and Yvonne provided us with a bed, high chair and bathtub for our baby and that's really super nice. In short, an enchanting setting, very nice hosts. Feel free to come and stay with Marco.

We had a wonderful time at this charming apartment in Limmen! The place was not only clean, but also tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described and the quiet location contributed to a very relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking much easier for us. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and gave us great tips for the area. Overall it was a very nice stay and we can highly recommend this apartment.

Nice pleasant space and very private. It is cozy, but due to the good layout it doesn't feel cramped. Everything we needed was present. Nice play opportunities outside for the kids.

Our stay was just beautiful! The place was not only beautiful and very clean, but also furnished with an incredible amount of love for detail – you feel welcome from the first moment. The hosts were fantastic: warm, helpful, and always trying to make the stay as comfortable as possible. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back at any time. Absolutely recommended – five stars are almost too little!

We had wonderful days with Timo and Lucy. The location is super central, but it's still quiet. We were only 5 minutes walk from the beach. A very cute, clean cottage to relax and linger. Highly recommend, especially because of the great location.

Nestled in this charming town, the property offered the ideal blend of peaceful countryside living with easy access to Amsterdam's vibrant city life. The house itself was a delightful retreat—cozy, well-appointed, and with those quintessential Dutch touches that made it feel both authentic and comfortable. Laren itself is a sweet, welcoming town with a surprising number of excellent restaurants and cafés for its size. We enjoyed strolling through the village center, visiting the local shops, and grabbing a bite to eat. The staff in the Restuarants we v very friendly and warm. One of the biggest advantages was the convenient connection to Amsterdam. Within 30 minutes, we could be in the heart of the city, enjoying all it has to offer, before returning to our peaceful sanctuary in Laren.

Mischa made our stay so comfortable. When we were booking she quickly responded to all my questions. She greeted us with tulips and Dutch treats. The guest house is in the back of her house separated by a small patio and is very roomy and quiet. It is in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, pubs and is walkable to the museums and other Amsterdam sites. The kitchen is well equipped. There are a few games, puzzles, and books all about Amsterdam. I fell while sightseeing (watch the uneven brick sidewalks) and texted Mischa. As soon as we returned she very nicely provided me with ice. We would recommend a stay at Mischa’s guesthouse.
