Little Belvedère is a lovely apartment with its own entrance, private sunny garden, wonderfully sheltered. You enter a spacious hallway. Through the sliding door, you enter the living room with a cozy authentic gas fireplace. The bedroom is a separate room with a sliding door. In addition, you will find the dining area and the kitchen. The apartment, including plumbing, was renovated in 2020. A very special place in the city. A rural street that has existed for centuries. Cobblestones on the road, nature around the corner. The historic center of Alkmaar is a 10-minute walk away.
