Spacious family house close to the Vondelpark

Our typical Amsterdam house dates from anno 1890. The house is uniquely situated, next to the Vondelpark, in walking distance of the canals and the oldest part of Amsterdam. We live in a great neighbourhood with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. The house has two quiet, bright and spacey floors of totally 120 m2. with a large open kitchen/dining room area, 3 bedrooms and next to this the house has a basement of 50m2 where you can watch television. The house has a large, sunny garden facing south-west. in the morning it's lovely to have your breakfast or have dinner in the evening! The front of the house looks out on green gardens and a small neighbourhood park. The open kitchen/dining room is ideal for passionate cooks and for hosting guests. We have an espresso machine and a well equipped kitchen. On the 2nd floor are 2 of the bedrooms overlooking the small neighbourhood park. There is one master bedroom, one big junior bedroom, both 17 m2. The 3th bedroom is in the basement. It has a build in 2 person-queen size bed. It has two small windows towards the garden. The house has all the original details, marble chimneys and decorated ceilings. It has one renovated bathroom and 2 toilets. Our house is located 200 m from the Vondelpark and well-connected to the city centre. 10 min walk to the Leidseplein and the canals and 5 min by car from the A10 exit 106 and 13 min by car to the international airport Schiphol. We love our neighbourhood as it offers nice restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, bakeries, speciality stores a dry cleaner and many other neighbourhood shops. The Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum are only a 10 min walk from our house away. People living here are mainly young families ranging from artists, actors, writers to bank directors and consultants of all cultures and nationalities. Our house is also 300m away from the major Kinkerstraat shopping street and the fresh produce “Ten Kate”-market, which has a daily wide range of local fruit, veggies, fish and household items. We are 5 minutes away from the newest hotspot in Amsterdam: de Hallen, where you can go to the cinema or visit the Food-hallen with all kinds of nice restaurants. (website hidden) There are several supermarkets (discount, organic and 'normal') in our area, all within a 3 minutes walk. You can take a 10 min bike ride (or just one of the trams close to our home) to the Albert Cuyp Market or the Dam Square and walk to the Anne Frank House and the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and the Stedelijk Museum. Within 5 minutes walk you can rent a bike! We have one cat. She is lovely and easy to take care of! She can come in and out the house by herself and there is no need to change the cat's box. Just food, twice a day... The house is not so suitable for babies or toddlers.

Sand Apartment, 100 meters from the beach.

Sand Appartment, is located on the entire 1st floor of the house. 1 minute from the South beach, with good restaurants. Walking: center 5 minutes and train station 8 minutes. In Zandvoort, there is a large swimming pool, "Aqua Mundo Center Parcs". Beautiful cities near Zandvoort or by bike/train or driving distance: including: Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmaar, Volendam. Beautiful dunes and forests with cycling and hiking trails are located in the immediate vicinity. Your host will be happy to help you with further information.

A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Egmond aan Zee - Nice house near beach and dunes!

Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

We warmly welcome you to our lovely summer cottage. Centrally located near the dunes, the beach and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee. Through your own entrance, you enter the cozy living room with 3-seater sofa with ottoman, dining table with 4 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with sink, double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (80 x 200). Our cottage has its own terrace with table and 4 chairs and is equipped with an awning.

Beautiful house in the historic city center of Hoorn, directly on the harbor and near the shopping streets, various terraces and restaurants. The station is a 15-minute walk away, and therefore you can be in Amsterdam in 45 minutes. Ideal location! The house has been partially renovated. There is a spacious living room, a brand new kitchen with a nice dining table. There are two bedrooms and you can use a nice garden with fireplace.
