This Commies house (customs office/former BORDER/ TAX CONTROL Office ) is one of the oldest houses at the mouth of the North Sea Canal. The house dates from 1875 and thus forms the basis of the later IJmuiden. With the largest sea lock in the world within walking distance and beach and fishing port within a radius of 1 km, this place is an ideal starting point for day trips. Haarlem (15 min.) and Amsterdam (30min.) are also easily accessible. Public transport bus and train - are available as well as free parking.

Midden in de duinen van natuurpark Zuid-Kennemerland op 300m van het strand ligt dit ruime vakantiehuis met vrij uitzicht op zee. Warm jezelf op bij de houtkachel na een lange strandwandeling of geniet vanaf het terras aan de voorzijde van de ondergaande zon. Vanaf het balkon bij de slaapkamer zie je 's ochtends de zon opkomen boven het duinlandschap, waar ook vaak herten te zien zijn. Het huis is ruim, heeft 2.5 woonlagen en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is een gedeeld zwembad + sauna.

Close to Haarlem (20 min by bike) Near beach, flowerbulb fields And flowershow in springtime. Next to an old dutch village of Spaarndam (Hansje Brinker). Included 2 bikes And a 2 person canoe.

Friendly house near beach

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. The beach is fifteen minutes away by bike. The Kennemerduinen is a 5-minute walk. Haarlem, Amsterdam, Wijk aan Zee, Alkmaar and Zandvoort within half an hour. The entire house is at your disposal The cozy living room has an open kitchen and fireplace. Atmospheric house, near national park (Kennemerduinen) and within cycling distance of the beach. Haarlem and Amsterdam are easily accessible. Spacious living room with open kitchen, wood stove and full-width sliding door to sunny garden with BBQ. First floor: two bedrooms with double bed, separate bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. On the second floor, there is a very spacious bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet. This room is only available for 5/6 person bookings.

Deze geweldige accommodatie staat garant voor plezier met het hele gezin (6 persoons + peuter en baby). 5 minuten van het station. Je bent in 5 minuten op de fiets in de duinen/bossen en 20 minuten fietsen naar het strand. Veel uitvalsmogelijkheden vanuit een rustig dorp. Ruimte tuin, met speeltoestel. 2 tweepersoonsslaapkamer, 2 badkamers, 1 met bad, peuterkamer en kinderkamer met 1 of 2 persoons bed. Wel 2 poezen die eten nodig hebben (geen kattenbak).
