Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Velsen

As advertised. Modern apartment in older building. Most attractions easily walkable but far enough away from the highest volume tourist areas.

Thanks to the clear and very well presented check-in instructions in the PDF, we immediately found access to the apartment. The view from the 17th floor on one side over the sea, and over all of Zandvoort almost to Schiphol and Amsterdam, was simply spectacular!

Demi is a fantastic host. Perfect communication, and we received great information along with excellent restaurant recommendations. The accommodation is bright and very cozy. I haven’t slept in such a comfortable bed in a long time. Everything is also easily accessible on foot. We can definitely recommend it.

Great apartment! We were four girls and would come back anytime! If we wanted to eat nicely in the evening or have a drink at the beach, we only needed to fall out of the apartment. If we wanted to make ourselves comfortable, we only need to go to the supermarket about 200 m away and were able to cook in a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was as described and we had a great time!

Jan's apartment was in a great location - quiet but close to many restaurants, a supermarket, and public transportation. the apartment itself had a delightful lookout onto a canal. Pretty much everything we needed was provided. Jan was also exceptionally responsive at dealing with our questions about local eateries! I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Love the area and the apartment was so beautiful and comfortable. Has everything you need. Hans is very welcoming. We would definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Silvana’s place. The location was extremely convenient to everything, but in a much quieter neighborhood with a great daily market at the end of the street . The place was exactly as described, extremely clean and the roof top terrace was such an added bonus!! Silvana is a wonderful host. Her communication, responsiveness to our questions and hospitality was excellent. We highly recommend staying at her place if you are visiting Amsterdam!

We absolutely loved Daniel’s house in Haarlem. It was the perfect place for our family for nine days as we wanted to visit Amsterdam but also spend time in nature. We found the loveliest footpath along a canal that our boys wanted to take into downtown Haarlem as often as possible. The Overveen train station was a very short and pleasant walk with trains to Amsterdam every 30 minutes. Haarlem itself is a wonderful city; we loved our tour of the Adriaan windmill. Daniel’s house is beautiful and really well-appointed. My kids loved the trampoline and stained glass window! Daniel and Laura are so friendly and full of great suggestions for places to go/eat in the area. Truly a fantastic stay!

Everything is good, but the location is a bit far from Amsterdam. You can either drive yourself to the apartment or take the train.

Great location in a lovely neighbourhood. Tomas was a great host and made the whole trip super easy.

Great stay at this place, we were very satisfied from start to finish.

What an amazing individual Marieke is! She was so helpful and responsive as we were absolutely lost and she went out of her way to help us in an instant! Her home is cozy and we felt positively comfortable and welcomed. Very clean. Instructions super clear. Quiet and peaceful. No noisy neighbors. Marieke recommended some food spots for coffee and eats. She has extensive knowledge of the area. We would not hesitate to book with her again and/or recommend her home to others. Outstanding.

Coming from America, we felt that this place gave us a real ‘Dutch’ experience. Dutch house in a Dutch neighborhood with typical Dutch shopping (butcher, baker, etc) nearby. The Plus grocery store is a 2-3 min walk but there is also free parking right in front of the store. Mark and Suzan were very responsive when we had a mechanical issue in the home. Great place to stay!

The space is incredibly beautiful. The service is amazing, when we arrived, the table was already stocked and a bottle of champagne was ready for us. In the fridge we found some alcoholic and non-alcoholic soft drinks and there was a small fruit basket of fresh fruit. The view on both balconies is amazing. In the morning you can enjoy the sunrise on one balcony and look at Zandvoort and in the evening you enjoy the sunset on the other, overlooking the sea. We can recommend this place with a clear conscience and have certainly not been here for the last time.

Our family of four very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely home, which was spacious, clean and filled with interesting details. Easy access elsewhere with trams, but Linsey also gave good tips for the nearby surroundings.

We had a very great time at the flat. Perfect for a small family with its own children's room with bed and quiet surroundings. Short distance to shops and tram with about 15 minutes into the city center

This place was amazing! So clean and cute, and the host was SO friendly. The only thing I would say is that the apartment is on the floor level, right on a walking path, so there is a lot of foot traffic right outside. But if you’re a heavy sleeper you should be just fine :)

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The host is very welcoming and attentive, which made my experience even better. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, and a very pleasant place to live. It’s also located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Simon was a friendly, responsive host. The main room is very spacious and bright and comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom are very small as noted by others but the bedroom is cozy and quiet and you can’t hear any street noise. It had everything we needed and is located in the centre of Haarlem with easy access to all the restaurants, shops, etc. We stayed for 6 nights and went back and forth to Amsterdam 4 of the days. The train was maybe a 13 minute pleasant walk through the centre of town. We loved Haarlem: it’s a beautiful place and we’d love to return.

Perfect quiet setting, and conveniently located close to multiple train stations. We were amazed at how quiet this neighborhood is, given its close proximity to the city center. Iris provided helpful info on nearby markets & great communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. The place was spotless, modern, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was super comfortable and one of the highlights was the bathroom, which featured a nice bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was fantastic, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport was right in front of the door, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in/check-out smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! I’ll definitely be back!
