We rent a renovated 2-room apartment on the 1st floor of our detached house. The house is situated in a quiet residential street in the Ratinger East near the forest. There are leisure activities and numerous hiking opportunities close by, for example through the beautiful Angertal. There are good transport connections to the A3, A44 and A52. The train station is only 1.2 km away and the nearest bus stop is 200 m away. Düsseldorf Airport and the trade fair can be reached in 10 - 15 minutes by car.

Shops, grocery stores and supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) Pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants are also within a radius of about three to ten minutes' walk.

The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with a walk-in shower, bedroom with a 180 x 200 box spring bed and is heated with underfloor heating. The living space consists of a living room with 2 sofas, TV and a dining area directly opposite the kitchen.
