Beautiful annex, beautifully located by a property in the countryside. View of garden and field. Private bathroom. Bed linen/towels are included. TV with Chromecast. Necessary service is available as well as microwave and refrigerator. On the property's 6 hectares, horses occasionally walk, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest wineries. There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia. Shopping about 6 km. We have a peaceful German shepherd (Boris) who loves to have visitors.

Cleaning and bed linen/towels are included in the price. Note that it is a slightly high luxury continental bed that may not be so suitable for older people. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed.
