The porch among palm trees

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. Is recommendable to rent a car to get to both the town and for touring the island, because the bus service is reduced.

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and lovingly decorated, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. With the aim of maintaining its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen living room. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and lounging area.

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people).
