Secluded Archipelago Retreat near Vaxholm

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Till Stockholm tar det 30 minuter med bil. Huset är ett charmig hus med stor social yta. Fina takbjälkar välkomnar er i kök och vardagsrum. Härifrån når ni den soliga stora trä altanen med härligt ljus från morgon till kväll. Gräsmattan är perfekt att spela fotboll eller andra familjespel under somriga kvällar.

Två kajaker plus en liten motorbåt finns oftast att hyra. Stort vardagsrum, kök och matsal i ett (ca 90 kvm), två sällskapsrum till, fyra sovrum och tre badrum. Stor altan med många sittgrupper och jacuzzi. Blåbärsris och skog på baksidan och härligt hav på framsidan.
