Very good stay in this apartment, nice and cool in hot weather. Communication with Lionel went well. I recommend it.

cosi home, neat decor. there is everything you need for a good stay ( appliances++). our hosts have been welcoming and easy. we enjoyed the proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. The big plus, the air conditioning, much appreciated by these hot weather.

Super apartment in a very quiet part of Saintes, at only a 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Parking right in front of the house! The apartment is super spacious and practical, and the deco is top. We loved the outside space where we took our breakfast in the morning sun. Very relaxing!! Many thanks to Bea and her husband for their hospitality.

An unpretentious accommodation that has everything from a large one: quiet location, and yet close to the beach in the residential and select neighborhood of the park, abundant and quality amenities and a terrace that lends itself to sunny breakfasts. One without fail. Finally, almost a barbecue is missing;-). Bravo and thank you

We had a great weekend at La Cotinière. The apartment is nice, well furnished and perfectly located to enjoy the port and surroundings on foot. The welcome was very warm, we felt good right away. A beautiful place on the island of Oléron, which I highly recommend.

Very nice accommodation, in line with the description and even beyond our expectations regarding the garden which is huge, very well furnished and perfectly maintained. The indoor pool was appreciated in view of the mixed weather. We had a great weekend with friends! I would recommend it in a second.

We were two families with 5 children in total and had a great stay at Stéphane's! The place is ideal, very well located, close to the beach. The children had a great time and so did the adults! We had a great time! The accommodation was impeccably clean and perfectly in line with the description. The concierge was very available and attentive, which made our arrival and departure very easy. The location is ideal, close to the city centre and the Charles Martel promenade. The value is unbeatable. Everything you need was in the house. Parking space is very small. We chose to park on the street. There were many free places. We strongly recommend!

We stayed 3 days and 4 nights, and it was a very enjoyable weekend. Isabelle is a really lovely host and her house is just superb. The description was a perfect match and the tranquility of the Charente countryside was ideal for a weekend of rest and rejuvenation. The Nordic bath and the brazier were really the icing on the cake. We'll be back soon, thank you very much Isabelle!

The accommodation perfectly matched our expectations and we were even pleasantly surprised by all the equipment there was in the accommodation. We had a great time in Emmanuelle's studio which is very well equipped and extremely well located (shops and beach within walking distance ). The environment is peaceful and very quiet while being close to lots of entertainment. Very nice hostess, perfect communication. Thank you Emmanuelle!

Sandrine is very welcoming, available. The accommodation is clean, functional, ideal for doing everything on foot, (city centre and beach). The exterior is pleasant and quiet with 1 nice common courtyard with flowers.
