A special location, a house with everything you need! The area is beautiful and you can cycle there fantastically!

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very nice, well decorated, functional, perfect for a large family or friends. Everything you need is available when you have a child (crib, high chair, changing mat, bathtub, lots of toys, books...). The host is responsive, gave us a lot of tips and precise directions. The accommodation is very well-located, in a quiet and peaceful environment. Thank you for all the comfort your home brought to our stay. It was very much appreciated, especially with a one and a half year old baby.

We spent a week with Thierry in May. Thierry responded very kindly and uncomplicatedly to the fact that our arrival was delayed more and more. He welcomed us very nicely and gave us many tips. You can tell from the house that Thierry is a flea market fan. We thought that gives the house character, it's really unique. It is quiet, with a lot of nature around, the frogs croak their concert, and at night the nightingales sing. The large, slightly overgrown garden (we like it) was fenced in so that our dog could go in and out of the house as he pleased. The area is pleasantly not overcrowded with tourists, but there were still opportunities to do something. A little tip: don't stay in the caravan if you are taller than about 180 cm (we are a little shorter, so it worked out well). Many thanks to Thierry, we hope to come back!

We had a great stay in Manon’s charming home. It’s located near the bridge to Île de Oleron, with easy access to beautiful beaches. We enjoyed sitting in the garden in the evening. Manon was very responsive and helpful for any questions we had.

As advertised, the staircase is "steep"😉. You have to hold on tight to go down. The accommodation is very clean, very well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, traditional oven, Nespresso coffee machine), and has large volumes, which is an asset for a vacation, where everyone needs space in a family of 2 parents and 2 young children. Shops are nearby, the supermarket is accessible by car in 10 minutes. Privately, we gave our host some suggestions for improvement, but it's very personal, everyone has their own lifestyle. Thank you for a great family vacation. We recommend it.

We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. We had a great week in Régine and François's beautiful apartment, offering panoramic views to the ocean. The terrace, spacious and very pleasant, was a real plus to fully enjoy this grandiose view. The apartment is impeccably clean and of exceptional quality, perfectly equipped. Nothing is missing, everything has been thought out for our comfort. Régine and François are friendly, welcoming, and very responsive hosts, both before and during our stay. They were also very accommodating, and their little touches upon arrival touched us a lot. The location of the apartment is ideal: in a quiet area facing the sea, with direct access to a superb beach. The city center, with its restaurants and shops, is just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. Soulac is a charming and beautiful town. A big thank you to Régine and François! We had a great stay in the charming apartment in St Palais sur Mer. Sandrine welcomed us very well and gave us all the necessary information. We were able to store our bike rack and bikes very conveniently. The apartment is ideally located: beachfront and city centre 2 min walk. And still very quiet. The apartment is very well laid out. Everything is designed to make everyday life easier: hooks, coat racks, cupboards, etc. The decoration is sober, tasteful, pleasant and relaxing (sorry for lovers of blue and white marine decoration with constant reminders of the sea) and of course everything is very clean. The best part is the small balcony with a sea view, which is a real treat for breakfasts and aperitifs. A very good time that we plan to relive as soon as possible. We had a very pleasant week despite random weather. Things to do nearby for everyone House well suited to our multi-generation family. The 3 bathrooms are a real highlight . Fabrice was very nice and responsive to each of our requests. Thank you!!

We had a great stay at the "Clairette", the house is ideally located and perfect for 2 families with children. Beach, market, tavern 10 min walk! We will keep the address of this peaceful and rejuvenating place! LocaRonce was very responsive in our exchanges, good communication.

We had an unforgettable stay in this villa nestled in the heart of the vineyards, with breathtaking views of the Gironde. The house is a haven of peace, with no immediate neighbors, while being only minutes from the village. Spacious and tastefully decorated, it perfectly accommodated our family of 8. Every detail has been thought out to offer comfort and friendliness, and the soothing setting made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa for vacations for families or groups of friends. At our level we are thinking of staying there this summer to enjoy the pool area which is amazing!!

David has a lovely home with lots of amenities and fun activities to do. It also has lots of rooms and two kitchens so is perfect for large groups and families. While it is a bit out of town everything you might need (beach, shop, restaurants) is a 5-10 minute drive away or you can take a scenic walk to your destination in 45 minutes to 1 hour. As a host David has also been very responsive throughout ensuring we were all set up for the trip and providing recommendations for the best way to get there. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and thank you David! Omar

Lovely period house the gardens, pool and gym were ideal for us as we were an a family holiday and ages ranged from 9 months old to 70's. You definately need a car though even for going into Saintes as we found that public transport and taxis aren't available in the evenings
