Villa Östervik is located on the outskirts of Kristinehamn on the road to Karlstad. Large social areas both inside (250 m2) and large terrace (200 m2) The house has three floors Level 1: hall, living room, bedroom, toilet and kitchen Level 2: office/work area, and three bedrooms and bathroom with shower. The basement has a laundry room. The large fantastic kitchen is 50 sqm with a large table with room for 8 people. Large south-facing terrace with pool, Jacuzzi with sauna and shower and outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue overlooking Lake Vänern.

Here you have access to a hot tub, a patio for barbecuing, a large bedroom indoors and a newly-built guest house with two sofa beds. Charging box for electric cars is available. The location is optimal if you need to get away from the stress of the big city and just enjoy the tranquility. Relax in the hot tub, take long walks, light a fire in the stove, and let your soul rest.

On Storön, you can experience tranquility, far away from the city but close to nature. Storön is a car-free island with no land connection. Here you will find Lake Vänern, which offers fantastic sunsets and swimming from both cliffs and sandy beaches. We also have a fantastic forest that offers a rich plant and animal life with both gravel road and animal trails. In winter, there are nice ice rinks for long-distance skating. The staff residence is located on a farm and every day there is the opportunity to come along and feed the animals.

Rämjäng Torp is located in the beautiful Värmland nature, and gives you a chance to relax in an accommodation among fields, farms and forests. The cabin is in an old farmyard with the main house dating from around 1856. Today the cottage consists of a total of 8 buildings, of which 2 are complete living units. There is a lot to do in Koppom (Eda Municipality), and its proximity! If you love nature, animals, swimming, boating, walking, cycling, exercise, and even golf, you'll love the area as much as we do.

In the surrounding area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a trip up to "Rännbergs Toppen" (hiking trail up to a nearby mountain peak)

Huset har även en lägenhet med eget kök, badrum och sovrum som passar perfekt för den lilla sällskapet! Egen entré till lghten, men med möjlighet att öppna upp mellan boendena inomhus. Obs! Skötsel & sällskap av 2 katter ingår.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!
