Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open from May until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Newly-built villa in 2022 of 140 sqm with two bedrooms and up to 6 beds, but upon request we can arrange up to 12 beds. Large garden with patio, barbecue and heated jacuzzi. Right next to the house is Knappstadsviken Nature Reserve, which offers beautiful hiking trails with barbecue areas and lookout towers. Those of you who have an electric car have access to an electric car charger. Close to the city of Karlstad (about 5 km). Bus stop is nearby.
