You will stay in your own 26 sqm cottage with a 12 sqm loft and your own wood-fired hot tub that fits 6 people. A 160 cm bed on the ground floor and 2 90 cm beds in the loft. Large terrace with private barbecue. 40 km to Karlstad & 25 km to Kristinehamn. Firewood & cleaning is included in the price. You can book 4 beds in the cottage next door if you are more than 4 people. Bed linens & bath towels can be rented for SEK 130/person

Spacious holiday home with lake plot. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. A/C is available for hot days.

The days may be spent in the forest and nature, or with the canoe that is available in the lake. Once at home, maybe light the wood stove and let the tanks of the day's events hike.

You will have a private area and beach at the lake, where you also have your own BBQ place, wood is included. The house interior is modern and nice for a comfortable stay. There is also an outside dining table, various chairs for chilling. Kids chairs and beds are available if needed. Electric car charging is also available at a small cost.

Huset ligger i gårdsmiljö och är en av två flyglar. Till huset hör även en privat anlagd strand och brygga. I huset finns tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kyl, frys och en grill för härliga utekvällar på terassen. Vi har två kajaker och en roddbåt som kan hyras för 200kr styck eller 500 för alla per dag. Vi respekterar er privatspfär men står gärna till hjãlp. Vi pratar svenska, engelska och tyska. Das 2018 erbaute Haus ist unter modernen Aspekten winterfest erbaut worden. Ein Brunnen mit Trinkwasserqualität ist hier selbstverständlich. Zum Haus gehört ebenso das eigene Fischereirecht!
