On a fantastic lake plot with sun all day and a lakeview from the accommodation, this house of 55 sq.m. is located on part of our large plot. There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen with i.a. dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. Bedroom with 180cm bed. Bathroom with shower and compost toilet. Washing machine and dryer. Stockholm City 25 km

Mysigt gästhus med pool, nära skog och restaurang.

Stugan ligger på vår tomt med gångavstånd till bad och Strömma krog mm. 30 min med buss till stan. På tomten mellan stugan och vårt hus finns en pool som är tillgänglig hela sommaren. Bäddsoffan rymmer två vuxna. Madrass på golv kan ordnas till medföljande barn. Lakan och handdukar ingår. Är vi hemma hämtar vi vid bussen om ni kommer utan bil. Stugan nås via trappor. Vi har två 10-åriga tjejer och en katt som nog alla tre kommer vara lite nyfikna men ni rår om er själva som ni vill. Välkomna!

The Jetty Suite, with Sauna, canoe & add-on spa

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Serene cabin by Stockholm National Park

Enjoy walking the forest trails, swimming at the beach by the lake 1 km away, relaxing in the garden and exploring the Stockholm archipelago. Our cabin is 25 sqm with a double bed and a sleeping loft. Bathroom with shower, bbq, fridge, microwave, hotplate with a frying pan and pot, and a kettle, as well as complementary coffee and tea, is available. A direct bus to Stockholm city takes 35 min, plus five min walk to the bus stop. Come and enjoy the scenery, the birds and the silence!

Mysigt litet hus, sjöutsikt och skogstomt, Värmdö

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. En cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

Small 50 sqm design house by the sea with a small garden, terrace with barbeque and a small beach below the house. Only 20 minutes to Stockholm by car. In nearby Gustavsberg there Are all services you may need such as foodstore. Bakery, cafés. Foodstores etc. Dont miss a visit in the outlet shops for fine Gustavsbergs porcelain as well as Ittala and hackman. Also Gustavsberg is the home of some of Swedens most famous ceramics and artists who have their ateliers in the harbour.

This home offers a 100 sqm interior that includes a cozy fireplace and a roomy sauna. The house sits on a substantial 2,000 sqm plot surrounded by peaceful natural scenery and near the idyllic Älvsalaviken. The generous terrace areas, which spans over 150 sqm, provides a perfect setting for outdoor living. It's equipped with a sizeable gas grill. For leisure and play, there are several lawns, a trampoline and swings. Wood-fired hot tub available for a surcharge.

Rymligt hus med pool, vedeldad bastu och badtunna, uterum och sjöutsikt. Sjön nedför huset har fina klippor och hopptorn. Fem sovrum med fyra dubbelsängar, en 120 cm säng, bäddsoffa i vardagsrum. Litet hus med dubbelsäng, stargazetält 19 kvm med fem sängar. Passar bra för tillställningar, företagsevent eller kompishäng:-) Alla som ska vara i huset ska vara med i bokningen, det är ingen prisskillnad om man övernattar eller inte. Underbar stuga 100 meter från havet!

Vår härliga sommarstuga på Värmdö ligger ca 100 meter från havet, med sandstrand för bad, brygga, grillplats och även fotbollsplan och lekplats. Huset är nybyggd och har en boyta på ca 25 kvadratmeter + loft. Du kan njuta av den oslagbara havsutsikten genom fönstret eller på den tillhörande stora altanen. Utkök finns på altanen som du får använda gratis för matlagning. Dusch finner du i bastutunnan (se bild). Du kan basta i vedeldad bastu för en extra avgift.
