You are welcome to book our house at a discounted "try-on" price. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self-sufficient in electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the electricity grid. The house is "off grid" and is now 98% complete. All functionality is ready, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Fully newly-built apartment in the villa! Sleeps 2 adults, and one child. Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, toilet and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You'll get a code for the door from the host on the day of arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Electric car charging box is also available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

Spacious house with pool, wood-fired sauna and hot tub, sunroom and lake view. The lake downhill from the house has nice cliffs and diving towers. Five bedrooms with four double beds, a 120 cm bed, sofa bed in the living room. Small house with double bed, stargazing tent 19 sqm with five beds. Suitable for events, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house must be included in the booking, there is no price difference whether you stay overnight or not. Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

It's 20 minutes to Stockholm city by bus and yet close to both the archipelago, Velamsund nature reserve, a beach close by and a swim-friendly lake one minute's walk from the house. A rowboat is available summertime. The house perfect for families with children or larger groups.
