A fantastic nice villa for recreation and community, in a secluded and quiet environment! We offer breakfast the first night included in your accommodation, and can be enjoyed on the magnificent terrace with a view of the water every morning! In the evening you light the lovely grill and have a really nice evening with friends and acquaintances, enjoying the sunset from the terrace. A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpse from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to the city in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. A bike can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.
