Renovated lake cottage with wonderful lake location close to nature and sea. Sun all day. Smoke and animal free. Two bedrooms with door between. Suitable for 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. Sauna with sea view inside the cabin. Shower and water toilet. Small kitchen with fridge, sink, induction stovetop with two burners as well as small oven, microwave and freezer. Cozy cottage near the waterfront on Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpse from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to the city in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. A bike can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

The little lake house

Specifically designed to suit the couple with active interests who want a romantic retreat on one hand, only about 30 minutes from Stockholm. This is paradise for real! Borrow the SUP, hike along Värmdöleden or go to Strömma Canal and watch the boats pass by. Enjoy unparalleled lake views from both the hot tub and tea sofa and don't be surprised if a deer passes by. Since the host couple themselves sometimes recharge their batteries here, the kitchen is fully equipped and the decor chosen with the utmost care.

Only 40km from Stockholm Centre (bus goes 3-4times/day i both directions) Horse farm 4km. Hemmesta Centrum 10min with a car.
