On the lower floor hall, fully equipped kitchen/living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a bathroom with washing machine. On the loft a good double bed and TV. Parking space outside and summertime access to pool. We live close by. Within walking distance small beach, jetties, rock bathing and with bicycle nice excursions. I am happy to leave tips. The bus into Stockholm city takes 45 minutes and the bus stop here within 12-14 minutes walk.
