Great for functions, corporate events or get-togethers with mates:-) Everyone who will be staying in the house needs to be included in the booking; there is no difference in price whether they stay overnight or not. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. An open apartment of a total of 50 sqm on two floors. On the lower level, hall, fully equipped kitchen/living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a bathroom with washing machine. In the loft, a good double bed and TV. Parking space outside and summer time access to pool. We live nearby. Within walking distance, small beach, docks, rock pools and with bike nice excursions. Happy to give tips. The bus into Stockholm city takes 45 minutes and the bus stop here is within a 12-14 minute walk.

Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip.
