The cottage is located high. Sun much of the day/evening. Nature plot is shared with the main building. Neighbors are around, not close, and you can take care of yourself. The cottage has a large bright living room, a smaller bedroom, a mini kitchen as well as a toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer. 3 km to the sea and child-friendly swimming. Both close to the cabin and on Värmdö there are scenic areas for recreation. Two km to the bus with direct bus to Slussen/Stockholm. Seven km to grocery store. Two bicycles are available.

Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to the city in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. A bike can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a culinary meal. There is a washing machine. Turn the knob under the water tap to get water to the washing machine.
