Nature reserve around the corner with lovely hiking trails. 20 minutes by car or 45 enjoyable minutes by boat from Strömkajen, Stockholm City with landing at Koviksudde, then about a 10-minute walk. Bicycle rental nearby! NOTE: The stay in the cottage is only for the tenants!

Welcome to our adorable seaside cottage built 120 years ago. A perfect place to enjoy the sound of nature, far away from busy Stockholm even though it´s only 45 minutes away. This is for those of you longing to get close to nature & back to basics on an Eco labeled island. Since the cottage is preserved like in the old days, you use the sea instead of a bathroom when washing. No toilet but a outhouse in the garden. Fancy a sunset swim on your own private beach? Then this is the place for you!

Lots of restaurants and cafés near by offer a nice day/evening out if not spent in the city that is 35 minutes with bus. In front of the house is a playground for small and big kids with soccer-field, basketball, swings Wärmdö and Fågelbro Golf is close. You will rent the bottom floor of the house separate from the upper floor with own entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, porch/veranda etc.
