A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Bus stop 200 m away with direct bus to Stockholm, Slussen. Close to a nature reserve (Björnö, about 10 minutes by car or bus) where you can rent kayaks, go hiking and swim. NOTE: Not ideal accommodation for small children as the loft bed and terrace can pose a risk of falling. Option to rent 2 kayaks (adult size) at the accommodation.
