Winterized mini-house in our villa garden in quiet Älvsjö is rented out to a maximum of two adults for shorter stays. The house has a kitchenette with hot plates, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and equipment for easier cooking. The living room has a sofa bed for two people and free Wifi as well as TV with casting. Sheets, towels, coffee/filters, tea and cleaning are included. Blackout curtains are available. The sofa bed has an extra mattress for the best sleeping comfort. Free parking for one passenger car. Warm welcome!

Nice modern and well-equipped apartment in a larger villa. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a large double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. If needed, we can also add an extra bed. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The bathroom is newly renovated with shower and washing machine. Lovely patio on your own veranda. Close to transportation Around the corner there is a very popular sushi shop. Bakery and grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance. Large green areas are nearby.

A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) The bed is 140 cm wide. Equipped kitchen. The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Towels and sheets are available and included in the price. 500 meters to the bus that goes to Huddinge C and commuter train into Stockholm C, 15 minutes.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
