The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Our nice guest house on cozy Södra Näs. Here you live in 37 sqm with high standard between Träslövsläge and Apelviken. You can walk in a few minutes to several beaches or restaurants. The house is located next to a lake that is excellent for swimming and fishing. There is also forest just around the house with several hiking trails and nice berry and mushroom fields. There is a large plot with room for play, and a large trampoline! Or come to enjoy the peace and quiet, and the beautiful view of the lake, which is almost magical, especially at sunset.

Välkommen till vårt härliga boende på Skrea strand i Falkenberg på drygt 80 m². Huset är på 60 m² med öppen planlösning för kök, vardagsrum samt 2 sovrum och ett litet badrum. Från vardagsrummet nås ett generöst trädäck där grillen står redo. På tomten finns också ett gårdshus (Attefallshus). Huset har 2 sovrum á 12 m² med hotellkänsla. Skrea strand ligger bara några minuters promenad bort. Boendet har trådlöst wifi och möjlighet att parkera 2 bilar. För elbil finns även laddbox.

Notera att det pågår ett större byggprojekt i Varberg, tunnelbygge, dubbelspår och ny stationsbyggnad som kan påverka området där huset ligger, främst vardagar dagtid.
