In addition to a spacious garden, the beautiful beach of Merville-Franceville is just a 3-minute walk (250 m)! All necessary shops are a 5-minute walk (500 m). Located on a dune, under the pines, facing south, this house is a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from all the shops (or others including the supermarket, restaurants...). This house is fully restored and offers all the comforts to have a good time (including sheets and towels). I would like to point out that the living room fireplace is not functional.
