Located in Normandy, on our beautiful flowery coast, 25 m2 duplex apartment, 3-minute walk to the vast beach of Merville-Franceville, sleeps 2/4, on the 1st floor of a 2-story building, very well maintained private residence, including living room/kitchen with 2-seat sofa bed (L 140) overlooking private balcony sunny afternoon and evening. The bedroom is upstairs and has a double bed (new L140 mattress), a large closet, and a bathroom (shower, vanity, and toilet).

Privileged location: As if on the beach, this 37 m2 two-room apartment (living room with 140 bed area, plus a bedroom with two single beds), 180° sea views from all rooms with terrace, on the first floor with elevator of a quiet residence 1.5 km from downtown Cabourg by the Marcel Proust promenade (bike path). Guests have access to the swimming pool (15 June-15 September) and tennis court of the residence, as well as a double garage in the basement.

Welcome to the Maison des Bigneurs! This renovated Norman house combines the old architecture with the modern layout. It is very functional and bright. In addition to a spacious garden, the beautiful beach of Merville-Franceville is just 3 minutes walk (250m)! All the necessary shops are a 5-minute walk (500 m).
