The sofa bed has been replaced by a brand new, very comfortable one!

A 4-star furnished apartment, 42 m2, arranged by an interior designer. The decor is neat in a contemporary "Mountain" spirit. The accommodation is comfortable and functional and also has private outdoor spaces. Ideal for 2 people (Not suitable for babies and young children). The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. 40 square meter apartment upstairs from my house. Separate bedroom. Independent access. There's only one apartment, so you'll be the only guests. Nonglard is a very quiet little village 12 km from Annecy. I am retired, so available to welcome and advise you. Check-in time is flexible. The grounds are enclosed, accessed by electric gate.
