On weekends they are still - then you can watch deer or even a fox there. The apartment is located in the former engine shed of the train station and is stylishly/individually and comfortably furnished. It is now available for the first time after complete renovation of the building.

Our modern apartment has a very central location. In a few minutes you can reach the city center or even shops of daily needs as well as the train station. The apartment has about 90m² of a kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with rain shower and freestanding bathtub. The garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. The fireplace is out of service, but it is nice and warm due to the underfloor heating.

Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

The kitchen with dining counter also has a microwave, coffee maker, kettle (coffee & tea are available). In the living area there is a SATELLITE TV and a radio alarm clock. There is a wardrobe bed 120 cm, as well as a box spring bed 140 cm. Not suitable for small children.

Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
