We had a delightful stay at the villa - beautifully presented and clean. Would highly recommend.

We (6 adults, 3 couples) visited Didier's house Thursday-Sunday late August and enjoyed his lovely house. We can greatly recommend this villa for those that wish to visit Cannes and also appreciate a spacious and secluded living, with all the amenities needed (including a big and very deep pool).

Unser Aufenthalt bei Carina war perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und das Loft ist super ausgestattet! Carine hat bei der Ausstattung so gut wie an alles gedacht. Die Außenanlage und der Pool waren auch super. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub :)

Top. localisation parfaite pour visiter l arrière pays et proximité de l autoroute pour aller plus moins, Monaco, nice, cannes... Piscine parfaite pour se rafraîchir après les grosses journées d'été. Appartement climatisé donc parfait pour retrouver du frais. conforme a la description. Les propriétaires aussi très sympathiques. un sans faute.

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit auf dieser Rosenfarm! Es ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Malerischer Garten, sehr ruhig und trotzdem nicht allzu weit weg von schönen Zielen in der Umgebung (Wandern, Strand, kleine Städtchen). Perfekt zum Erholen. Eine Woche war viel zu kurz - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank an Julien und seine nette Familie!!

En plus du cadre magnifique, j'ai rencontré des gens humains comme on n'en voit plus beaucoup. Comme je vous ai dis, malgré que ce petit voyage était pour moi dur pour les raisons que vous connaissez. Vous avez été tous les deux ma petite lumière positive. Merci beaucoup. Je sais où aller maintenant, pour trouver un endroit paisible avec des gens merveilleux. Encore merci.

Wow what a view and an amazing apartment. There was everything in the apartment you needed to cook at home, the bedroom was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The shower was just delightful, lovely hot water with an independent toilet room. The outdoor area was great for relaxing and the gardens were just beautiful. The apartment was very private and peaceful. There was a washing machine and drying rack which is always handy. Private parking on site was very secure. It was the perfect place to explore the Riveria region easily in all directions, a car is a must (Cannes is 10 minutes away). Close to the local supermarket - 3 minutes drive. There are steps up to the apartment but not difficult to get your luggage and belongings up and down. Michel is a very communicative and friendly host. Highly recommend staying here.

Exael est un hôte très chaleureux et attentif il a pensé à tout : nous a envoyé des consignes claires et très complètes sur l’appartement, sur que faire aux alentours etc tout a été fait pour rendre notre semaine agréable ! . Le logement était parfait rien à redire : très bien agencé fonctionnel et en parfait état et propreté +++++++ Nous recommandons et si nous revenons dans ce secteur nous n’hésiterons pas à contacter Exael pour nous loger ! Piękne mieszkanie z widokiem na marinę, z wygodnym tarasem idealnym na śniadania. Christine jest przemiła, pomocna i natychmiastowa w kontakcie. Blisko do pociągu i autobusu, więc mieszkanie jest doskonale skomunikowane. Trzy kroki do urokliwej plaży, na którą przyjeżdżał z rodzinną Picasso. Przy ulicy sporo restauracji serwujących owoce morza. Esencja śródziemnomorska 🚤⛵️🦪

L’appartamento è come in foto: bello, pulito, ordinato e abitabile. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. L’unica pecca è il parcheggio, spesso pieno sia quello di pertinenza che quello esterno, ma questo ovviamente non c’entra nulla con l’appartamento in sé. Lo consiglieremo sicuramente.

Wonderful Stay Near Cannes! My stay at Sabrina's Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! Sabrina was an incredibly kind and welcoming host, truly making me feel at home. The location couldn't have been better. Being so close to the train station made getting around incredibly easy, and it was super convenient for visiting Cannes and attending the festival. The house itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and I really appreciated the safe and beautiful neighborhood for walks. I'd highly recommend Sabrina's place to anyone looking for a great base to go to the Cannes Festival!

We had a great time at this apartment. It’s perfect if you plan on being out and about a lot since the train station is 6 walking minutes away and you’ll be in Nice and Cannes quickly (be aware of the limited trains at night though!). The bed was also comfortable and the kitchen had all the supplies that we needed and was very clean.

I had a great month long stay at Sandrine's place. Very convenient, quiet and comfortable. The area is lovely during the day with Picasso museum nearby, buses to Antibes and Cannes only 50m away, and a market with fruit and veg on Sundays. I didn't feel safe walking around at night, but each to their own. Thanks again, I recommend!

Ich wurde von Eva sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und Eva war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich, der Blick ist toll und die Bahn ist gleich um die Ecke (nur 10min bis nach Cannes). Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Gerne wieder.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Die Wohnung ist an einer tollen Lage und alles ist sehr einfach und schnell zu erreichen (Strand, Einkaufs- Möglichkeiten & Restaurants). Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist stilvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet und das Bett ist sehr bequem! Zudem steht alles zur Verfügung, sei es Strand Liegen, Strand Tücher, Küchen Utensilien etc. Marc reagiert schnell und proaktiv! Die liebe Jeannine hat uns empfangen und jeweils die Schlüssel Übergabe gemacht! Sie ist ein Goldschatz und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht! Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt! Der Strand gleich gegenüber ist leider mit einem Hunde - verbot versehen, aber ca 10 Minuten entfernt gibt es eine Möglichkeit, mit dem Hund an den Strand zu gehen. Wir können Marc und diese Wohnung nur empfehlen und denken sogar darüber nach, wieder einmal zu kommen 😃

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Si vous cherchez un lieu paisible, avec une vue à couper le souffle et parfait pour un moment romantique en couple. Ce logement est fait pour vous. Le matin vous vous réveillerez avec le chant des oiseaux, le soir vous admirerez le coucher du soleil avec cette vue dégagée sur Cannes et ses environs. Julien est un hôte très agréable, souriant, très réactif qui prend soin de son logement autant dans la décoration, la propreté des lieux, les équipements qu'il propose pour que vous passiez un formidable moment à deux. Nous étions heureux de retrouver ce petit trésor, tous les soirs.

Benedicte and Xavier are awesome and friendly hosts. They made sure that our stay will be perfect. They communicated with us a lot and responded quickly. We also got great recomendations on the local restaurants and shops. The apartment is cozy and you just have to open the window to feel the vibe of the French Riviera. When we were there the tree in front was big, but it gave us a more private feeling and we could still see the sea next to it, couldn't have been better! When you close everything it's perfectly soundproofed so you can sleep unbothered. It's also have everything you need even for a longer stay. The bathroom isn't that spacious, but it's enough for two, modern and clean. The location is awesome, 5 mins from the train station, 2 mins from the beautiful sandy beach, restaurants just outside the door. It was our first airbnb experience and Benedicte and Xavier made sure that it will be unforgettable! I highly reccomend them if you want a taste of the French Riviera!

Eccellente esperienza presso la barca di Sabine e Laurent. La consiglio vivamente. Laurent è stato molto cordiale e ci ha fatto sentire a casa, oltre a portarci a fare un meraviglioso giro in barca. Posto consigliato e ci tornerei super volentieri!

Petit appartement de 2 pièces de plain-pied au bout d'une grande maison avec terrasse "privative" de fait. Calme total, au milieu d'un parc arboré et sécurisé (portail du domaine). En fait tout près de Vallauris centre et de ses commerces, en gros 10 minutes à pieds et 2 minutes en voiture. Accès très facile sur Antibes-Juan-les-Pins, Golfe-Juan et donc au rivage, plages et autres spécialités locales ! Même par fortes températures extérieures, reste frais avec gros ventilateur et ouvertures traversantes dotées de moustiquaires. Pas un bruit la nuit, très appréciable. A vraiment recommander avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Piccolo alloggio pulito, ben arredato con tutto l’ indispensabile. Ideale per 2 persone lo spazio è estremamente pulito ed ordinato. Parcheggi non a pagamento davanti all’alloggio o nel parking vicinissimo Christophe molto gentile e disponibile. Luogo da tener presente . ☺️ grazie
