The view is splendid and you will have no neighbours overlooking. The accommodation overlooks a 17 m² terrace with a small, terraced garden, and you also have another terrace of over 40 m² below. Reserved parking space right opposite. The sea is just behind the hill on the right, less than 3 km away. The first shops are 300 m away.

Sweet little studio, perfect for a couple or just a weekend getaway.Two minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to the train station and shops. The studio consists of a double bed and couch, a small kitchen including all basic ammenities, a bathroom with shower. Unique to the studio is a 25 square meter terrace with 2 sunbeds, a barbecue and seating area for 4 people. The studio has a shared entrance with our home and there is street parking available.
