Stylish "boutique" apartment where you can enjoy a wonderful stay in Maastricht. The spacious kitchen and living room provide a lot of livability. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. In addition, there are two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is very conveniently located in relation to the MECC (5 minutes/car), Maastricht University (5 minutes), and the old town of Maastricht is within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the door for a fee (8.10 p.d.)

Heerehoeve, South Limburg historic farm

This historic carrë farm is located between Klimmen and the cozy Valkenburg. The old hayloft is now a spacious vacation apartment on the second floor. Very complete and high-quality furnished. On the ground floor, there is a sheltered garden with terrace available. The farm where you are a guest is a dairy farm, you can take a look at the cows. For the enthusiasts, we serve fresh milk and eggs. This vacation home can be combined with the farm of Heerehoeve 4 pers.

Explore - on foot or by bike - the Geuldal, the hills, the bustling Valkenburg (less than a kilometer away), Maastricht with its brown pubs and unique historic city center or take a day trip to nearby Aachen or Liège. Enjoy and relax!

Buitenplaats Welsdael is a unique base for hiking and cycling trips on the plateau of Margraten near Maastricht.

From the terrace, you have a view over the vast meadows and the trench.

't Appelke is a spacious vacation cottage suitable for 2 people in the beautiful hills. This cottage is built in the old dairy barn and has a spacious view over our campsite and meadows. There is also free WiFi here. The adjoining terrace is fenced; This apartment is a short distance from Maastricht, Valkenburg and Liège. The MUMC+ and the MECC are 15 minutes away by car. In addition, it is an ideal base for hikers and cyclists.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

This apartment surrounded by meadows is very rural along the Mergelland route and a short distance from Maastricht and Valkenburg. Both from the living room and the bedroom one has a beautiful view over the hilly landscape. Maastricht city center, MUMC+, Maastricht University and the Mecc are accessible from this location by public transport. An excellent spot for both a relaxing and business stay!
