Holiday houses in Valencia

Everything was very nice, the house was better than we expected, an Amelio site and quiet to enjoy with family away from the noise of the city we will surely come again 100% recommended

This place is was something else. Right on the beach, peaceful and quiet. Large enough for the extended family, the balcony the rooftop access. I could ran out of space to write good things about this place. The owners were very responsive, one small issue sent to the owner and the caretaker is there literally in 5 minutes knocking to solve it. The kids loved the beach, waking up to a beautiful scenery. Each room has their own AC. If you want a great vacation, this is the place.

We enjoyed staying at Fran's place over the holidays. The location is very walkable to most of Valencia's key attractions in the city center with plenty of nearby options for shopping and dining. The apartment was very comfortable and Fran very helpful in providing an early check-in time and answering questions. Highly recommend.

The communication was fantastic, and the house was great, everything was very good, we left very happy

Antonio is a perfect host; he was very attentive to our needs and cared for us in everything. We will be back!

Very grateful to Conchi for the welcome. The perellonet area is very quiet, and with Valencia super close to get around.

Francisco was a super host. We had a flight delay and he helped us access the apt late and even set us up with a dinner reservation next door! Always responsive, friendly, great local recommendations. Apartment is very well equipped with plenty of everything you need. So nice to have a washer and dryer! Three bedrooms, great for families. Very walkable to many locations. Thank you Francisco!

Incredible house, so much space and very well located. Lovely pool (although chilly in April but I still used it!) Natalia is very sweet and helpful and responded very quickly to my messages. We have a 3 year old and a nearly 6 year old, and it was lovely to have all the toys and games for them. I would say if you have any younger children the hard floors/stairs might be a bit tricky/dangerous so watch out for that. Also we got a bit confused by the high tech lighting system, but other than that it's a fantastic place!!
