Fantastic place and a great host. Very spacious and in a great location. Within 8 to 10 minutes walk you have options for pretty much everything.

We had an amazing time at Alexandra's home! Communication was very smooth and extremely friendly, which is always very pleasant if you have any questions. The house has been completely renovated, and very nicely decorated. The location is ideal, within walking distance of metro and bus station to get into the city and within walking distance of the harbor/beach. It was wonderful to stay on the roof terrace, with beautiful southern plants. We stayed there during the "santa semana", and were able to experience these unique processions from very close in the streets of the neighborhood. Valencia stole our heart, if we come back with our group, we will definitely stay in Alexandra's house again.

Eugénia is very welcoming, he allowed us to access the accommodation before check-in time. the apartment is very well equipped and nicely decorated and the neighborhood is peaceful with plenty of good restaurant and the beach everything is within walking distance. free street parking or nearby small streets. very nice stay. thanks for everything

We had a wonderful stay here. The place is spacious, the two bathrooms are a bonus and the patio space is incredible. It’s located on a nice quiet side street, but we were able to find parking just one block away. We enjoyed being able to walk to Turia park and lots of great cafes and restaurants. If you have kids there are several play parks within walking distance. We would book again without hesitation.

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

We had a wonderful time at Monica's house. The house is highly recommended for groups, well-distributed rooms (each with its own air conditioning). The bathrooms are also very comfortable and modern. The kitchen comes with everything you need and they have a small table on the terrace ideal for an outdoor meal. The place is a 10 and so was the communication with Monica who always responded quickly and left us all the clear instructions. We will definitely be back and recommend it.

We have stayed at this B&B in Cullera and the experience was excellent. The apartment was impeccably clean, everything was very new and attention to detail. The location is great, close to the beach and the promenade. The house was equipped with everything you need, both at the level of utensils and basics (salt, oil, coffee, etc.), something that is very appreciated. Also, both the towels, sheets and the house smelled great, showing attention to cleanliness and comfort. We were very comfortable, it's definitely a place we would return to. Highly recommended.

This is a modern, very clean and well-appointed apartment in a good location. Easy to navigate to places in the city, plus with a convenient supermarket right on the same block. The host kept in touch to make sure we were happy and comfortable. After being out all day, it was truly part of the vacation to be able to come back and relax in this wonderful space!

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

Beautiful place, exactly as described. Modern kitchen and bathrooms with attention to detail. The location is perfect, just a short walk from both the subway and the bus stop. The host was always available and very flexible with check-in times. Highly recommended!

Paul was a fantastic host. He was responsive to any and all enquiries, and helped to accommodate my party with flexible check in. As well as this, they provided many recommendations for local supermarkets, parking, restaurants and anything else you could need- a fantastic experience. I'd definitely recommend.

The stay in Carla's apartment was satisfactory. The arrival was fluid and Carla's father explained everything clearly. The place was very clean, well equipped and close to the beach and the promenade. During the day the area is quiet, although in the afternoon there is music coming from the campsite in front of the apartment. Communication with Carla was adequate and always responded promptly. We appreciate their restaurant recommendations. We didn't miss anything during the stay.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.

Very nice location. Communication and check-in were uncomplicated, after initial language difficulties, about Maria and the Co Juan. Thanks to digital translator. The apartment is well laid out and also well appointed. Plenty of towels and linen provided. Beautiful balcony with great views of the sea. The oven was broken and caused short circuits. This was very well managed by Juan. The apartment was equipped with a brand new oven at short notice. We felt comfortable for 12 days and nights. Thank you
