Magnificent view, apartment facing south-west, on the sunset, each room overlooks a view of the valley. It is easy to park at the foot of the building, there is only one floor to go up. Colmiane and its surroundings offer many indoor and outdoor activities, for athletes or families, whatever the weather, there is always a way to have fun! (Hiking, climbing, via ferrata, tree climbing, mountain biking, Vésubia, Alpha Park, zip line, swimming pool, mini-golf, ...)

Studio at the foot of the Colmiane ski slopes

Studio with slope view, fully equipped and located at La Colmiane ski resort. It can accommodate 4 people with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. Bedding and bath towels are provided at no extra charge. The toilet and the bathroom are separate. There is plenty of storage available at the entrance and in the living area. We have equipped the studio to the maximum so that you don't miss anything. Free parking at the bottom of the building with a disabled parking space.

Accessory products not provided (toilet paper, shower products, small grocery store)

Bright duplex with terrace in the heart of the village

Charming 43 m2 duplex in the heart of the village of Belvédère, cozy and bright. Beautiful sunny terrace. 2 bedrooms, one upstairs with mountain views, the second with a small sofa bed. Bathroom with shower and double vanity. Equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine). Sheets and towels are provided. Feel free to come and unwind in this cozy and warm little haven of peace!

The nest

Formerly called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's cabin was used as a kitchen and dining room. It was where milk was turned into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbours , and where social life was forged. Tools,seeds, crops , were also stored in the tree. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a feeling of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

Lovely studio flat La Colmiane

Equipped ground floor studio with a quick access from a free car parking. You will find a comfortable sofa-bed easy to unfold and fold up. Also a overlaid bed 90 x 190 cm. The kitchen is equipped by a washing machine, induction cooker and a microwave. The bathroom is all brend new with a large shower and towel warmer. The toilets are separated.

The apartment ,Ground floor of the chalet,is located in a residential area in absolute calm with panoramic views of the Mercantour three kilometers from the center of the beautiful village of Saint Martin Vésubie.La Colmiane and Le Boréon, are 10 minutes by car. I live on site and therefore am very available to guests.
