Ideally located between the village and the alpine ski resorts of La Colmiane (summer and winter activities) and Nordic du Boreon (gateway to the Mercantour National Park). Rental 3 nights minimum and 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays.

Private parking before a small descent to access the accommodation. 10 minutes from the 2 entrances to the highway towards Italy, Monaco, and Cannes. This studio is air-conditioned, tastefully renovated with unobstructed views of the hills. Access via a road with several hairpin turns. Accommodation independent of the house, very quiet and green place. No nearby activities in the municipality. Car is essential.

Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).
