The semi-elevated location gives you a very beautiful view over the city. Our house is occupied by four people. Please note: There is no barrier-free access to the house (stairs).

Our accommodation is located on a southeast slope near a wooded area, yet close to the city (10 minutes to the city center). The university can be reached by bus in 8 minutes! People love our place because of the location, the peace, the views, and the ambiance in the renovated Künstlerhaus. Our place is good for solo travelers seeking peace and quiet, business travelers, and couples interested in culture, but unfortunately not for children. Free parking near the house. Superhost for a long time!
