Newly renovated 39 m² apartment in Stuttgart-Vaihingen for up to 4 guests. The bright accommodation offers modern coziness and a sunny south-facing terrace. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker and basic spices, as well as a bathroom with a hairdryer. A washer-dryer, Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a PlayStation are provided. Location: 15-minute walk to Vaihingen train station. From there, there is a direct connection (about 15 minutes) to the main train station and to the trade fair / airport (also 15 minutes by car).

Perfect place to relax and experience! Quiet location, field and forest in the immediate vicinity. The tram stop, the center of Möhringen with restaurants and shops are a 5-minute walk away. The city center of Stuttgart, the airport and the trade fair in Echterdingen can be reached by tram within 20 minutes without changing trains. The SI Centrum with Musical Hall, Cinemaxx cinema and casino is only 2 minutes by train! Free parking is allowed in our residential area.
