Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Utrecht

Kirsten and her husband are very kind and welcoming. Their house is very nice, beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped. The environment is beautiful and very peaceful. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail upon arrival (chocolate eggs, fresh fruit, essentials), which is uncommon in Airbnb. Proximity to dunes and forest is a real plus. Self-paying environment and perfect place to visit the Netherlands, which was our case, because it was very central. We would recommend it without hesitation. A great rental!!!

We had a slightly longer stay here. Nice house with a desk for school work and 2 large bedrooms so we really had the space. From the living room, dining room and kitchen, unobstructed views of the lawn and forest, which made it possible to recharge wonderfully. And every morning and evening can enjoy the deer! So nice! Friendly host with respect for privacy. Absolutely recommended for a short as well as long stays!

Bart and Carole were incredible hosts! Very kind, responsive, and provided wonderful recommendations for local spots to check out. My husband is from the Netherlands and said the location is as good as it gets! The home is pretty and secluded. It is within a very short walking distance to town with restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. It also backs right up to beautiful woods!!! The house is the perfect size and was very clean. Absolutely loved the kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to book!

Me and my family had comfortable and pleasent stay at Mary-Ann House, which is quite tastefully done. It is spacious and located right in City Center of a small town near Amsterdam. The town is beautiful and we had chance to live in typlical dutch town away from Tourist. Communication with Mary was friendly and everything worked smooth. Would highly recommend to other guest.

Very nice accommodation in a bush environment. Had a wonderful weekend with friends, with all the comforts. Private terrace with fire basket. Friendly communication with Denise. Highly recommend.

We had a very pleasant week with our 3 teenagers in Merel's house. It's a real home of life (unlike cold Airbnb and only made for renting), very well decorated and comfortable. Everything is done to make you feel good. The hot tub is nice. Amsterdam is a 25 minute drive (we used Parkbee parking). Very good supermarket 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes by foot. We also visited Rotterdam, a nice surprise more contemporary and less touristy than Amsterdam. Merel is proactive in her communication. She wants everything to go smoothly. We recommend!

A beautiful, classic and artistically decorated Dutch farmhouse on the edge of a gorgeous village surrounded by greenery and nature. The home had everything you need to feel immediately at home and comfortable with a a sense of quality and style. Fabulous backyard for the dog/kids and for the humans to enjoy drinks. Be prepared for the Dutch stairs! Some really lovely dining experiences on the doorstep and an easy walk. Bikes are also on offer for the full local experience. Huub was just charming...

We spent three wonderful days in this beautiful place. It was perfect for us with 4 adults and a toddler. Everyone had their own bathroom and we had a large living room. The garden and grounds are a dream! In the summer it will probably be even more beautiful when all the trees are green! Hermanus was so super sweet and was always available! You are super fast in Amsterdam or Rotterdam. We drove about 40 minutes to Keukenhof. We will be happy to come back! Thank you:)

It was wonderful to have this roomy appartment just next to the cows, with a view of the cows from the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. A peaceful place between a canal and a meadow, close to Amsterdam.

Jan Peter's place is lovely. The neighbourhood is wonderful and some good restaurants around. the house itself was very convenient and neat.

10000/10 stay at Rachel’s place! Even with my last minute booking, Rachel still accommodated me. It was comfortable, clean, perfectly located, fully equipped with everything plus more. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the Netherlands. The trains and buses are walking distance so you can reach anymore in a great amount of time! Thank you Rachel!

We spent a few very nice days in Naarden, a pretty, quiet place. The apartment is totally cozy, nicely decorated and you immediately feel comfortable. Ilse, the host is always friendly and you can always reach out to her with questions. We would come back again! :)

Don't have a bad word to say about the place. From the moment I booked the host was very responsive, gave us helpful suggestions for local amenities and online shopping. Was there to greet us and welcome us to her lovely home. The house is beautiful and is set in beautiful surroundings close enough to Amsterdam to enjoy the city but also enjoy the peace outside of it. Murielle was responsive enough to be available whenever we needed without being overbearing. If I was travelling back to Amsterdam with a large group I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Lovely Airbnb in the country right across the street from hiking trails and close to a cafe and brewery. Very clean, quiet, spacious, and has everything you need for a great stay. Would highly recommend and if I am ever in the area, would definitely love to stay there again.
