Had a fantastic stay at Lester's place. Apartment is in a wonderful location with so many great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. It was also easy to connect to public transport when we wanted to go further afield. Apartment was clean and was exactly as described. Lester was a great host. I would highly recommend a stay in this property!

Ein absolut wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Das Haus strahlt eine besondere Wärme und Liebe zum Detail aus – man merkt sofort, wie viel Herzblut Trudy und Dirk hineingesteckt haben. Alles war nicht nur blitzsauber, sondern auch geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Kombination aus historischem Flair und modernem Komfort ist perfekt gelungen. Die Lage im ruhigen, charmanten Dorf Asperen ist ideal, um zur Ruhe zu kommen – gleichzeitig ist man mit dem Auto schnell in Städten wie Utrecht oder Rotterdam. Besonders schön war auch der kleine Garten, in dem wir viele entspannte Stunden verbringen konnten. Trudy und Dirk waren unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam – wir haben uns rundum willkommen gefühlt. Ein Ort zum Wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für diese liebevolle Unterkunft!

We had a very relaxing 5 nights. Kees and Karen were impeccable hosts, laidback and always helpful. We didn't come by car, but it's easy to get into Utrecht either by bus or tram. Would definitely book again.

Heel positieve ervaring! Het huisje is heerlijk (en schoon), de luxe is heel fijn en de omgeving is prachtig. De dieren (kippen en varkens) maken het een heel idyllisch plekje. Rik en Hanneke zijn ontzettend fijne verhuurders, ik zou dit iedereen aanraden. Kleine dingen waren ontzettend attent, bijvoorbeeld dat Rik altijd en vrij snel reageerde op vragen, Hanneke kwam na een vraag of er een tekenpen aanwezig was een tekenpen brengen (nog voordat we het daadwerkelijk nodig hadden) en toen we een nachtje extra wilden blijven maar dit niet mogelijk was i.v.m. nieuwe huurders dachten ze mee en waren heel flexibel. Kortom, heel goede ervaring dankzij de verhuurders, de mooie plek en het fijne huis.

L'appartamento di Ireen è stupendo, dotato di tutto e di una pulizia impeccabile. Vicinissimo al meraviglioso castello di Haar e a 20 minuti di auto, dalla bella Utrecht. Ireen è molto ospitale e disponibile a darti qualsiasi consiglio. Mi sono sentita come a casa. Consigliatissimo.

Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt in dieser tollen Unterkunft! Mia hat es uns mit ihrer Gastfreundlichkeit leicht gemacht, uns sofort richtig wohl zu fühlen. Die Unterkunft ist ein Juwel, der Garten ein Traum! Für uns als Familie mit kleinem Kind (4 Jahre) ein perfekter Ort, um zu entspannen, Ausflüge zu starten und einfach nur durchzuatmen! Man spürt die Liebe zum Detail in jeder Ecke!

We had a really nice stay at Nicolette's place. Perfectly situated to visit the "Groene Hart" of the Netherlands or go to Gouda, Utrecht… by bike. The house is on the beautiful river Vecht and is in a very quiet environment. Nicolette is also a very friendly and flexible host

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach super! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben - sauber, gemütlich und in toller Lage. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Auch die Tipps und Empfehlungen von Petra & Erik waren sehr hilfreich. Klare Empfehlung – gerne wieder!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment on the water gave us the full Utrecht vibes we were looking for on our visit. It was right in the middle of everything, super easy to explore, and made us feel like part of the Utrecht scene. Watching the boats in the evening was a major highlight of our trip. My whole family agreed, we would love to go back and stay there!

We loved our long weekend in Nieuwland. This is a tiny village so very quiet and peaceful, but just a few minutes drive from the motorway. The house was exactly as described and very comfortable for our group of 3 people. Everything worked great- lovely kitchen, powerful shower and a tv with a guest Netflix account. We were disappointed we didn't get a chance to sit outside in the courtyard due to the rain. We would happily return and would recommend to anyone who wants peace and quiet away from town. Ontzettend leuk appartementje aan een gezellig pleintje in het centrum van Amersfoort. Op loopafstand genoeg restaurants en cafeetjes en bezienswaardigheden. de ruimte is niet groot maar heel handig ingericht. Goede bedden en een goede douche. Zeker een aanrader

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einem bezaubernden Garten. Jonathan empfing uns herzlich beim check-in und war während des gesamten Aufenthaltes ein fürsorglicher Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, verfügt über alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht und strahlt eine herrliche Ruhe und Behaglichkeit aus. Das Bett ist super gemütlich und bietet einen sehr schönen Blick auf den kleinen Garten - so macht das Aufwachen Freude. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleines Café und auch ein Bäcker - also ist alles da für einen guten Start in den Tag. Die Umgebung der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls sehr hübsch und entspannt und lädt zum Schlendern ein. Die Stadt lässt sich von der Unterkunft sehr schön zu Fuß erkunden. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens jedem empfehlen und würde sie wieder buchen, wenn ich mal wieder im hübschen Utrecht wäre. Vielen Dank an Dich, lieber Jonathan, und auch an Deine Tochter!

We hebben zó genoten van ons verblijf! Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en voelt heel luxe aan. De keuken is ruim en volledig uitgerust – we hebben er met veel plezier gekookt. Ook de douche en het hele huis zijn comfortabel en ruim opgezet. Het uitzicht op het groen was echt fantastisch. Je komt meteen tot rust. Elke ochtend en vaak in de avond maakten we een wandeling door het mooie bos met bijzondere vogels en herten. De host was ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Altijd in voor een praatje en we vonden het erg gezellig. Als we iets lekker vonden ruiken, kregen we spontaan iets te proeven, zo lief en attent! Kortom: dit is een absolute aanrader, of je nu een paar dagen of langer wilt verblijven. We komen hier graag nog eens terug.

Die Wohnung ist hell, gut ausgestattet und toll gelegen. Die gesamte Altstadt kann zu Fuß erkundet werden. Das Wasser wird heiß, die Betten sind bequem, dasWLAN ist stabil, es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und kümmern sich. Fragen werden schnell beantwortet. Einfach eine prima Unterkunft.

Nanda’s place is very spacious and comfortable, with lovely large windows and all the facilities you would need. The apartment is on the first floor (no lift!) with the hosts’ living area on the ground floor and bedrooms on the second floor. Easy 5 minute walk to buses, just 3 stops to Central Utrecht. Nanda was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Recommended!

We loved every second of our stay. Jonathan was quick to respond to our queries and offered great recommendations. The space was light and airy with everything needed to cook at home where necessary. We loved every second - and we were really sad when we had to leave a day early to avoid the train strike.

Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Umgebung. Es ist für Naturliebhaber leicht zu erreichen und dennoch nur 25 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum Amsterdams entfernt. Wir vermissten lediglich eine größere Spüle zum Abwaschen des Frühstücksgeschirrs. Insgesamt war es aber eine sehr sympathische Erfahrung.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Gegend bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Erholung und zum Erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – ihre Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten waren sehr wertvoll. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr luxuriös eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

We had a great time in this sweet apartment. We loved sitting in the living room overlooking the canal and appreciated the great shower and overall layout of the apartment. The location is fantastic. Very residential and more peaceful than other parts of the city we have been to. We highly recommend it!

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

Maike was very accessible, the flat is very nice and accessible from the center and very closed to the train station. we highly recommand this stay

This apartment was wonderful! Plenty of space, super clean, and really welcoming – perfect for a weekend break.
