I had a lovely stay in Pauline’s cottage. She gave very clear instructions on how to get there and the place was exactly as described. I loved the extra touch of leaving all the essentials - tea/coffee, fresh milk, oil, salt/pepper. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Patricia and Alastair were the loveliest and most thoughtful hosts—so communicative, warm, and helpful throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. There were so many personal touches around the house that made our stay extra memorable. The house itself is gorgeous—beautifully decorated, with super comfortable beds and plenty of inviting spaces to relax in. We were in town for a wedding locally at Hadsham Farms, and following advice from Patricia, arranging transport with the local taxi firm was a breeze. Very good spot to stay if you are at a wedding over that way. I've stayed in many Airbnbs around the world, but this place is my absolute favourite—thanks to Patricia and Alastair, who are truly exceptional hosts. I’m already planning to coming back for a weekend getaway later this summer/early autumn! Thank you both so much for such a wonderful experience—we truly appreciated every moment.

we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Wendy and Ian were very friendly and helpful. you can tell, they have put a lot of effort into their property; good amenities, basic facilities, utensils trees coffee etc. as well a some nice welcoming touches. we'd certainly come back as and when we were back in the area. thank you both.

Felt like home! We was in need of a place for a wedding over the bank holiday weekend, this place was perfect for the location. Gareth was very responsive and helpful, the annex was set up well to the point where I felt like I was at home.
