Holiday rentals with a patio in Upper Normandy

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

We had a great stay in Leah’s apartment. It was really quiet and peaceful as it’s at the back of the apartment block. Everything was super clean when we arrived, and very easy to find and access with the instructions. Perfect location as we walked there 10 minutes from the Eurostar, and it’s one minute walk to the metro to go out each day. Plenty of bakeries and food shops nearby for breakfast and supplies. Lovely restaurants a short walk away as well.

great location, and a tidy little flat to call home for a few days

The apartment is an oasis in the city. We felt very safe with two small children and enjoyed the peace and quiet after the excursion to the city. The condo is well appointed and clean. Everything necessary and toys were available for the children. The metro is a few minutes' walk away, from there you can drive about 20 minutes to Notre Dame and other attractions. We especially liked the beautiful, cosy terraces! With a breakfast from the supermarket downstairs in the house, a great start to the day. Right on the next corner is a park with lots of play opportunities for children. Perfect for a family to combine city and play. But even without children, it is very nice, there are 3 workplaces for mobile working! We will be happy to come back!

Fantastic stay. Easy to find and great that there was free parking on the road outside. The location was excellent for walking to shops, restaurants and all Caen has to offer. Made it easy having our own step free entrance from the street. The apartment is beautiful inside and spacious and safe for us and our young child. It was lovely that delphine provided a high chair, a good quality cot and some toys for our stay. The small private garden was well maintained and a great extra to the space. The small kitchen was enough for us to make basic meals and everything was clean and in working order. Delphine communicated promptly with us before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here. A great find in a great location.

Thank you for lovely stay at a beautiful house. the garden is definitely a bonus as are the games and ping-pong set which the children enjoyed. The house is pretty, tastefully decorated and is in a very sunny spot.

We had a wonderful family stay at Geneviève's accommodation. Geneviève is a charming and caring host. She was very attentive to us from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is functional and ideally located for visiting the surroundings. It feels like home. Presence of lockers containing local food products a few steps away which is a real plus. This stay allowed us to have 2 beautiful encounters: the little house and its very friendly owners. They renovated the little house with a lot of love and you can feel it as soon as you open the door. The little house is even prettier in real life. She was also impeccable. A big thank you to Christelle and her husband for their warm welcome, small touches and availability.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Ideally located apartment, away from the noise of the city. In 10/15 minutes you can be in the centre of Deauville, the beach, the ferry to Trouville, the shops! Perfect hostess, attentive to holidaymakers, with attentions in the welcome. I highly recommend this beautiful brand new apartment.

I had a great experience staying at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you notice immediately upon entering. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally – that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I can fully recommend this accommodation, five stars are absolutely deserved! If you are looking for reliable, clean and warmly cared for accommodation near Paris, you have come to the right place.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

This apartment is located in an old building with a somewhat dilapidated entry and a long, old staircase up to climb before reaching it, so it would not suit guests with reduced mobility. Once up there, however, it was very fresh and modern and the little outside terrace was a boon.
