Holiday rentals with breakfast in Upper Normandy

Beautiful private accommodation! We had a great night, between the jacuzzi and sauna: a real moment of relaxation as a couple. The environment is peaceful and very quiet, ideal for recharging. I recommend it 100%!

We had a lovely weekend at Jacques and Eric's! They're really thoughtful hosts who take pleasure in connecting with you. The house and its garden are superb, very quiet and surrounded by fields. Everything is spotless, we really liked the possibility of turning the double beds into single beds, having come for a weekend with friends. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Annie’s lovely cottage, the garden is beautiful with river view. Everything was perfect, Annie is very kind and we loved so much the homemade breakfast. Where is happiness! At Aurélien's! His accommodation is located in the middle of nature, 6 km from Etretat. Aurélien gave us good advice to help us discover the region. We really appreciated the nice touches for our stay, a homemade cake, a jar of jam and farm eggs 👍 I really recommend this place. PS: for those who like walks in the forest or running sessions in the middle of nature. A beautiful forest is close to the accommodation. We met a couple who had rented in Etretat, apparently the elderly had to pay for parking to park their vehicle during their stay. It is true that in the city centre all car parks are paid. At Aurélien's, it's free.

Great communication. It's walkable to Point Cardinet metro/train as well as a fair number of nearby stores, bakeries, cafes/restaurants. It's about €10-15 into main tourist areas.

The apartment is in a quiet and clean area. I appreciate the transfer from the host, he was punctual , even if the flight was very early in the morning. Everything he provided was more than expected.

Everything about this place was just perfect! The view from the window is absolutely stunning, and the area is so peaceful. The apartment has everything you might need and feels very cozy. Haron was incredibly kind and helpful - it honestly felt like I was talking to an old friend. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Superb location. Close to metro and RER stations. Left bank was easy to explore and only a 30 minute RER ride to Versailles so we could get to everything we wanted to see on this trip to Paris. And seeing the Eiffel Tower from every room was very special!!

We liked this apartment and everything was as described. Checkin with friendly Antoin was very easy at 3:00, and he was available all afternoon and evening if we needed anything, because he works at the bar at the ground floor of the building. The location is in the center of the pedestrian district, close to everything we wanted to visit. There was noise from the nearby bars and restaurants, but no traffic noise. With earplugs and the windows closed we had silence and no problems sleeping. Highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay at Amandine’s apartment for our first time in Paris! It was absolutely perfect. The town is super charming and the apartment is right outside of the metro station- a quick 20-30 min journey to central Paris. We would definitely stay again!

Thank you to Sébastien for hosting us in his very nice, large and comfortable accommodation. Sébastien is very responsive and friendly. Too bad we couldn't meet, due to my late arrival. Sébastien takes care of his guests and knows how to welcome them (brioche, coffee/tea, milk, water and bottle of cider). Honestly, it's great. Plus, Sébastien reads the "Joe bar Team", so he has great taste :-) Everything is there to have a good stay, and quiet. Perfect, especially for someone who works at night. Sébastien is very accommodating and I thank him again a thousand times for his kindness. I'll keep the address handy for my next visits ;-)

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

This was one of my favorite stays ever! The hosts are the kindest, most hospitable people— always available to help and make you feel at home. The space is cozy and could not be more inviting. An absolute plus is the bikes which are great to visit all the nearby towns. Looking forward to staying here again!

Laurence is very friendly. Nice conversation at breakfast. When we asked her for advice on cider, she sent her husband to bring us cider directly from the producer.

Very welcoming host and room as advertised. Close to all amenities, everything is done on foot in 5-7 minutes. Buses are also nearby. Very nice place, I enjoyed my stay. Daniele answers all your questions.

Super easy check-in - Francis was there, helpful, and everything was clearly laid out. Breakfast was ready each morning, the house spotless, and it never felt like we were in someone else’s space. Full kitchen access, garden view, and all essentials in place. Coming and going was smooth and secure. It’s rare to find a stay this complete - where every small detail is already taken care of. We honestly wished we had more time to stay longer.
