Holiday rentals with a sauna in Upper Grand Lagoon

This condo is awesome. It was our first time in Panama City Beach and we will definitely go back. Chris and Cameron are extremely responsive and amazing hosts. The place is exactly as described in the post and what you see in the pictures is what it looks like. You can’t get closer to the beach and the area is great. Very quiet and clean gated community with a private beach (no public access). Beach was clean and absolutely amazing. The place is really close to some grocery stores, cvs and some really good restaurants. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a quiet vacation.

The condo is located in a great spot on the beach. Close to everything, but not overcrowded. The balcony is huge & will accommodate your whole group. There are lots of beach gear & towels, so no need to bring that stuff. The condo is nice & clean just as Alex described. There is no Kuerig for your coffee, just a regular drip coffee maker.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The view is breathtaking in person. The host is fantastic, super responsive, and easy to communicate with. The place has everything you need for a beach vacation. We will definitely be back!

My two kids and I traveled to the area and needed last minute accommodations after a snag elsewhere. Maggie was very quick to respond on a Friday night after hours and extremely helpful in making sure I understood the listing and additional pricing for parking and wristbands at the resort before confirming the reservation. Very sweet and I appreciated her demeanor and upfront honesty. Maggie's place was the PERFECT spot to relax and escape to oceanfront living. Beautiful condo, very clean, so much space! The views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful, I could sit watch and listen to the ocean waves roll in all day! SO glad I came across her listing, such a wonderful location, very accommodating resort, and nearby so many places to walk instead of driving! The resort itself was clean, well laid out, and the outdoor pool area was a haven for the kids to splash around and swim, beautifully lit up at night as well. Walk right to the beach from the pool area. Wonderful! :)

This place truly is amazing. The community the property is surrounded by is outstanding, the beach was amazing, and the unit itself was everything a family could ask for. It was spotless, extremely well stocked, easy access to the beach, and very close to all the major attractions and things to do in Panama City. We really couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend this stay!

The condo was clean, updated had everything you could need to feel right at home & it is close to everything we wanted to do we loved that the resort has a movie theater, which we did take advantage of we ate at the café numerous times the only downside was the elevator wait which Keith did warn us about up front Keith was a great host we definitely recommend staying here

Great place to stay! The resort was in a nice/safe location, with great beach views. The place itself was clean & roomy for our group of 6. In addition to the bunk room having its own bathroom, we were gladly surprised to find it had its own door with a lock. The communication & responding of the host was the best we have experienced with Airbnb. We would gladly stay at this place again!

Listing was as pictured. Beautiful views, clean, had everything you would need. Only complaint I have is our power went out for 6 hrs and when I contacted the host for compensation for that night the host didn’t want to offer compensation whatsoever. I do understand it is not the host’s fault that the power went out but it was definitely a inconvenience, it was late at night so it was dark, we couldn’t charge phones or take a shower, cook, watch tv, my elderly father couldn’t use his breathing machine etc but other than that in general i would recommend. It was a great stay minus that night.

I would like to echo others who came before me… Stop scrolling and book!!! I’m not even kidding, this condo is everything. My friend and I just returned from an amazing three-night trip to Panama City Beach, and staying here made the whole experience even better. The condo is super cute, clean, and in the PERFECT location right on the beach. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous! The photos don’t do it justice! Stephanie, the host, is hands down the sweetest and most thoughtful I’ve ever booked with. She had everything ready for us—coffee, snacks, kitchen essentials—and even made sure we had reserved beach chairs, every day, which was such a nice touch. The resort has great amenities too. There are clean, relaxing pools, an on-site bar for drinks, and amazing restaurants just minutes away. Everything you need for a perfect beach trip is right there. We’re already trying to figure out when we can come back! If you’re thinking about it, just book it. You’re going to love i

The place was really nice on the inside.Spacious patience.The back patio had a gorgeous overlook of the canal which was very serene and peaceful. My kids were able to go fishing on the property. My only complaint would have to be that the sofa bed mattress definitely needs an upgrade. We were unable to use it luckily we had brought an air mattress just in case. it definitely came in handy.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It has a beautiful ocean view. The condo looked just like the pictures. It was very nice and clean. The host was very responsive, and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. I wish the bedroom had a little more storage for clothes since we had our kids with us. I highly recommend the condo and will book it again in the future!

This place was absolutely phenomenal. It was spacious well decorated and had anything you could possibly need during your stay. Russell was extremely responsive and was an awesome host. I love the information book that they had explaining every inch of the condo and also had recommendations of local restaurants. The wraparound balcony was absolutely to die for. The egg chair was my main spot to listen to the waves. I recommend this condo 1000%. I can't wait to stay here again.

Jon was a great host! The views were beautiful. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Lots to do in the area. Will definitely look to stay here when we come back!

Absolutely loved our stay it was so much fun! Luke’s place was absolutely perfect for our group very nice and clean. The perfect location, Had great easy access to the beach with a Walmart right across the street and so many good places to eat. Luke was such a sweet and helpful host, made our trip so much easier. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Panama it was perfect!

We will definitely be back! Everything was so convenient. The place was wonderful. Great beach access. Go to beach, pool, back to condo and do it all over again. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as stated. Well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen sink water pressure is powerful! Be careful and turn on carefully or you may get a shower - lol. Great balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean. We liked it being on the end of the floor. The pool was nice too. Since it is a smaller condo complex, the beach and amount of chairs put out was a bit less which meant the beach did not feel crowded - even on the weekend. Great stay and we will certainly look to book again. I was pleasantly surprised to find this originally as it says it stays frequently booked! Enjoy - and thanks again Peter.

Our stay was amazing! Jill is an exceptional host and very responsive. Her place is beautiful and right on the beach. My family had plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. We loved being able to wake up and walk right out onto the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay for a girls trip. Quiet and had everything we needed. Beach is a short drive away but parking can be difficult if you don’t get there early enough. Stairs may be difficult for those with knee or mobility issues. Overall, the home was lovely and hosts were great.

The house was very nice! Very nice master bath and living areas. Plenty of space for everyone to hangout and a quiet neighborhood. Sydney was an excellent host and even when we had issues, she was quick to provide solutions. We will be staying again next year!

Beautiful place the house was just like the pictures. The house was clean from top to bottom and had everything in it that we would have needed. The host was awesome stayed connected in case we needed anything and made us felt like we were home. If you won’t peaceful, clean and comfort I would definitely recommend a stay.

We had 6 family members in the unit. We all had space to spread out and maintain privacy while sharing the common space. The bathrooms were exceptional. The beds comfortable. The kitchen well-appointed. A great place to hang out with loved ones and make good memories.

Good place to stay with more than enough room for 6 of us adults. Great location with short walk to the beach and restaurants. Katie was incredibly helpful and responsive!
