Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Upper Franconia

Had a great stay at the house. We especially liked the beautiful terrace, the large kitchen (fully equipped) and the large living room with smart TV. The second bedroom has two "normal" sized single beds - but is designed more as a children's room. Not so suitable for two couples. There is also a single bed in the living room. Beautiful quiet location, 10 minutes from the market square in Wirsberg. Great communication with the hosts! Everything was perfect :) Next year again!

We chose this house based on photos and reviews. But reality exceeded all expectations! The house impresses with the most unusually successful interior solutions and perfectly selected accessories, furniture in the appropriate key, the highest quality of household appliances. Convenience and perfection are the best acceptable words. The hospitality of the hosts, the desire to create maximum comfort and the feeling of unreal peace were highly appreciated by us! Special thanks for the highest 5-star hotel quality class of beds, mattresses, pillows! (I travel a lot and can say this! ) This is the most beautiful house in the entire district with well-groomed trees, flowers, and charming landscape design. A good location - among lakes and forests, fields, colorful nature create an atmosphere of relaxation. 5 minutes to a supermarket, restaurant. 30 minutes to Nuremberg. Highly recommended!!!!

We had a great place to stay at cottage Toni! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the magnificent backdrop and sunset in the garden while grilling and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

We spent 5 very nice days of family vacation with Martina and Josef. The toddler was busy: sliding, feeding rabbits, petting cats, driving a Bobbycar tractor. There were also books and toys, which we could also use in view of the bad weather. A highlight: fresh strawberries and eggs from the farm. Plus the location: climbing rocks can be reached in a few minutes on foot and other activities are just a short drive away. Disadvantage: The really loud frogs directly in front of the house and the ringing of the bells at 6:00 (after a few days, however, we had already gotten used to it). The place was absolutely sufficient for 5 and a half people, everything was tidy and in good shape. A dishwasher and microwave would have increased the comfort a bit, but of course you can also manage without them. We would gladly recommend Bühnershof and would only wish for better weather for the next stay ;-)

Very nice accommodation, everything as shown in the listing. Especially for our children. The garden is fantastically beautiful, well maintained, quiet and at the same time a private playground for the little ones. Also in the house everything you need and also here great play opportunities for the children. We also loved the information on beer gardens, restaurants and excursion destinations. In general, there is a lot to do in the beautiful region. Thanks also to Birgit and Kalle who always stood by us with advice and action. Very likeable hosts! Thanks for the wonderful time.

We had a short but very nice stay in the apartment, nothing was missing! A very likeable hostess in a pretty, quiet little place. The apartment is very cozy, the kitchen is above average, and for our little daughter there were many toys to discover. Thanks!!

The 1a holiday home is quietly located in Sophiental next to a stream. We booked the accommodation with Anika & Felix as a family of 6 + children and were thrilled from the start. The accommodation is well equipped and actually lacks nothing - The kitchen has incl. Spices and oils are all there for cooking, and there is a grill in the garden. Coals + lighters were also provided. For the long evenings in the huge garden, there is still a fire bowl and wood ready to make bread and marshmallows. A highlight is the lighting at night - it is incredibly cozy to spend long summer nights here in a deck chair. I highly recommend the accommodation - especially you notice that Anika & Felix do everything to make sure you have a wonderful time.

Was great, as described a bit outside of Bamberg, but well connected to the city on foot

Marc's apartment is nice and big and was very clean. We were greeted nicely, check-in is straightforward. We lacked nothing, the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Beds are very comfortable. We had quite high outside temperatures, but the rooms remained pleasantly cool. A parking space is available a few steps from the house, as well as the forest, in which wonderful walks are possible, so our dogs were also happy. Bamberg and many attractions can be reached quickly by car. We enjoyed it very much, we will be happy to come back. :-)

My multi-day stay with Christian was great. The communication was good and the check-in was also flexible and uncomplicated later in the evening. The apartment is very well-equipped and has everything you need. The location is also nice. I was in the area for work and was happy to be able to explore the surroundings in the evening on a walk.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment. The apartment offers everything for a longer stay. The location is very good. Good connection to the motorway, not far to Bamberg and other attractions. The apartment is in a quiet location and in very good condition. You can also sleep very well in the beds. The contact with Vito and Alexandra was really very nice and uncomplicated. We can only recommend the property.

We were thrilled with this quiet and natural environment. I was able to take a fantastic walk with the dog in the nearby forest. The beautiful garden is of course worth mentioning, which was designed with great attention to detail. All in all, the accommodation is highly recommended.

Michaela's apartment is simply fantastic, with a lot of lovely details that make the stay extremely pleasant and relaxing. The kitchen really has everything you could need. We didn't miss anything. Everything was wonderfully clean and easy to find. The communication in advance went smoothly, very uncomplicated, and Michaela responded immediately. She was always available on site and was very happy to help us with many tips. This apartment and this hostess are absolutely recommended.

I enjoyed the stay at Nadine's very much😃: sitting with the cappuccino on your own terrace with the view of the beautiful flowering garden, a well-equipped kitchen and a very friendly hostess, wonderful! I can only recommend it!!!

We had a wonderful time, the apartment was cozy and we felt very comfortable. Our hosts were pleasant and we had interesting conversations. The area is great for hiking and it is pleasantly quiet. We will be happy to come back.

Uncomplicated handling before and during the stay

Very spacious accommodation with everything anyone could need. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Bamberg area.

We were 6 friends who spent a weekend in Bamberg. The living/dining room was the perfect size. 3 single bedrooms that were spacious and nicely decorated. Super recommended!

A very great environment, everything is within walking distance and nature just outside the door.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice big, very well equipped, the beds are comfortable and our son had a lot of fun with the large balcony. You can walk to the supermarket, playground is around the corner and also short hikes are right outside the door. We will be happy to come back:)

great hospitable place ti stay area is quiet and air is very clean there is a small river nearby and you can hear the calming sound of water during the night. thats great for taking a fruitful rest

Hosts are very friendly and accommodating (early check in). Everything corresponded to the property description.

The stay with Julia and Oliver was very relaxing. We have proactively received all the information. Communication was very fast and friendly. Julia personally welcomed us, showed us everything and gave us great restaurant tips. The accommodation was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. In addition, a pretty terrace invited you to relax. I can only recommend the place.

The location at the end of the Mühlengasse was perfect for us, short distances to go with the dog just "around the corner", and an ideal starting point for hikes. The "centre" was also reached in no time. Ralf and his family were super helpful, the apartment was great and everything else was fine. We would like to thank you for the hospitality - and we would love to come back!
