Holiday rentals with a sauna in Upper Franconia

Our stay was simply great, we felt right at home. The apartment really offers everything you have at home. The bed is a dream😌. Everything is very clean, bright, spacious, even a generous freezer is available. Lots of nature directly within walking distance but also many possibilities to do something by car (Erfurt/Weimar/Coburg) 😊 but even after 1 week stay - the time was far too short. The contact with Nicole and her family was also very nice, you felt welcome right away🤗. We really lacked nothing, definitely worth a visit - be it for hiking, for city trips or simply to relax again. I stayed for two nights at Csaba's and would come back anytime. The apartment offers everything you need for a short vacation. The apartment is in a quiet location and there are various options for hiking in the area.

We had a lovely weekend. The communication was very good and the tips and recommendations for the city and activities were very helpful and good. The apartment has a good location. It is a clean and inviting apartment where you like to spend time. Glad to come back

Our 5-day stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The decor was not only beautiful, but also very tasteful and immediately gave us a feeling of home. Particularly noteworthy is the sauna, which turned our stay into a relaxing oasis. The apartment was always clean, which shows how much value the landlady places on cleanliness and comfort. We were greeted with loving care that we so rarely experience. The landlady herself was incredibly warm and always took care of our well-being. The location of the apartment in a quiet and relaxing area perfectly rounded off our vacation. Here you could really switch off and relax. We highly recommend this stay and would come back any time. My stay with Birgit was all around pleasant. I was in town for a two-day training and felt very well taken care of in her apartment. The accommodation is excellent – well maintained, comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need.
 Birgit herself is a great host: very warm, helpful and always available. The check-in was very smooth and easy. I would come back anytime and recommend the accommodation without reservation!

The apartment, the area and the proximity to the Untreusee - simply enchanting! We felt very comfortable! The apartment is well equipped and clean. There is a beautiful playground nearby and the Untreusee is also within walking distance. The apartment, the place are great for a holiday with a small child. Rebekka even picked us up from the train station and brought us back, which was super sweet! We were warmly welcomed and would always come here again! Thank you!

The house was spotlessly clean and well supplied for our stay. The neighborhood was charming and the neighbors were friendly with grocery stores a very short drive away. We would absolutely stay again.

There's nothing wrong with it. The place is totally beautiful, super clean, nicely processed (no puff) and everything was really thought of. The decor and decor is stylish and not cluttered. It makes you feel right at home. A very clear recommendation. We'll be back!

The hosts both Caroline and Alexander are very friendly and responsive. Communication was perfect and the check in was very easy. The pictures don’t do the place the justice. It’s so much more beautiful than on the pictures. It’s a wonderful place and very peaceful. The house itself is so well equipped. You can definitely tell that the owners spends a lot time and money to renovate it. The house was super clean. The sauna was a hit, also our children enjoyed it very much. We spend a lot of time playing in the garden and enjoyed a local bier garden. I recommend this house to anyone who values privacy and peaceful space, where you can easily relax surrounded by the forest and enjoy waking up in a exceptionally comfortable and beautifully decorated house. Will definitely come back.

We stayed at the property with 6 adults, 2 kindergarten children and 2 infants for a few days. The place was a great fit for our needs, amenities were great. A second bathroom would have been comfortable for so many people. You can do a lot of things in the area. Otto was always approachable, and also gave us tips. The Umgag was straightforward. We were all very comfortable!

We had booked the place for a JGA with 13 people and were totally thrilled. The pictures don't even come across in the beginning, we are huge the house and also the garden. We had more than enough space to eat, get together and sleep. Since we had a chef in the group with us, the industrial kitchen could be used optimally. Again, there was no lack of amenities and cleanliness. The area offers enough opportunities for nice day trips and also a Rewe can be reached by car in 2 minutes. It was an all-round successful weekend, absolutely recommended!

A beautiful and renovated accommodation in the countryside in the middle of Franconia. The house was spacious and offered enough space for our young family of five, with a large, cosy garden to play, explore and be creative. A table tennis table and a foosball table provided additional fun for young and old. Everything was tidy and clean, we didn't miss anything. The location is very nice and quiet, yet only a short drive from supermarkets, restaurants and excursion destinations. The hosts are super friendly, respond quickly and welcomed us warmly incl. Excursion tips, restaurant recommendations and a sweet surprise!

We rented the house with both apartments. There is a large garden with a sauna, pool house and fireplace.
