Die Wohnung entspricht dem neuestem Standard: 2 Zimmer: Küche, Bad auf 54 qm, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und TV, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch 1,40 m WLAN Das KfW 55 Gebäude besitzt eine Lüftungsanlage.
