Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Upham Beach Park

This was my first trip single with my 7 year old son. I booked it last minute on a whim, and I could not have been happier. Michael was very welcoming and accommodating. He was flexible with check in and check out time and he provided us a parking pass, which made everything so easy and stress free. I also felt very safe as a single mom. The condo was beautiful- it had everything we needed, including a keurig and even beach chairs! There is also a cute pool and an awesome fitness center which was empty when we went to use it. I think our favorite part of the condo was the comfy couch and the huge tv. It was nice to relax after a day in the sun. The screened in patio was gorgeous too. We could walk across the street and be at the most beautiful beach. We enjoyed mini golfing and feeding baby alligators, and we walked to dinner a few nights and cooked at home the other nights. I highly recommend staying here. We would love to come back!

Yoel is a great host. Quick to accommodate when we decided on another night and the place we were at was booked .he quickly found us another one of his properties and we are looking forward to being there.

Quelinda was very responsive and helpful. When I showed up I asked for ice, the next day she had a brand-new ice machine set up and ready for me. Would definitely stay again.

Marc was an amazing host! He was extremely helpful and responsive. His place was extremely clean and he had all the amenities we needed plus more. He was very flexible and we overall had an amazing and relaxing vacation! We will be back for sure.

We had our second visit to Michele’s location, and even after the hurricane, they’ve done an incredible job recovering. We absolutely loved discovering some more nearby locations, including a park with a basketball court and the Grove Coffee Place, which was delicious. The beach is easily accessible, and the beds are super comfortable. Michele truly makes it a breeze to enjoy your time there. Everything from beach chairs and games to beach towels and stocked towels in the house, and even sheets on the bed, is provided. You do have to get laundry pods, dishwashing pods, and paper towels, probably some garbage bags but these are minor things. She provides a small amount to start, which is great! Overall, I highly recommend Michele’s place.

We LOVED staying at the Island house!!! it was just as described and was perfect! There are cute friendly cats that love attention and are so fun! it was really nice to be able to use the chairs and umbrella for the beach and we were so grateful for all of the amenities! I will for sure be back! They made our trip perfect by being so helpful, responsive, and checking in to make sure everything was perfect!

This location was perfect for me, my partner and my 2 dogs. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs. The bathroom was spacious. The beds were comfy. It had all the amenities we needed. We only stayed for one night for a music festival but it would be perfect for multiple nights as well. We will definitely be staying here again when we’re in the area. It was within walking distance from the venue which was perfect. It was clean, peaceful, and spacious. The hosts dalton and Emma were amazing. They were very responsive, kind and flexible. Check in and out was very easy and instructions were very clear.

Was in town with my son for his athletic competition. Grant’s place as a home base was perfect. Very flexible with check in and check out as our schedule changed during the week. Spacious and comfortable home in a cute neighborhood. Worth noting that the street in front is busy and may bother light sleepers. But plenty of privacy and easy to access via the backyard patio to avoid the busy road at the front door entrance.

Nicholas’ place was perfect for a weekend away in St.Pete! It was less than 10 minutes from the beach and local bars/restaurants. Grocery stores and other shops were also in close proximity. The home was clean, well stocked, gorgeous natural lighting, and the private back yard with multiple seating options and hammock were an added bonus. I am looking forward to staying again in the very near future!

Great place, across road from the beautiful beach. Stacey was really responsive and answered any questions. Would highly recommend and would stay in future.

So I left my lock box accidentally at this Airbnb. When I messaged the host, he found it and mailed it to me with absolutely no problems. I very much appreciate the initiative that this host had! the bedroom is very pretty and has the perfect vibe, lots of beautiful artwork around the house and in the room. the bathtub was super deep, great for a bubble bath. Again I just wanna say how wonderful this host genuinely is. I highly recommend this property.

Beverly's place was absolutely amazing! we stayed here for our honeymoon and it couldn't have been better. it's clearly a loved place, with a beautiful, quite beach a single minute walk away, with enough nice cooking gear to cook in the place, and wonderfully comfy furniture and beds! Beverly and Phil were incredibly responsive, kind, and just all around amazing hosts! We can't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to come back! if you have never flown a kite before, pick one up at John's Pass and try it on the beach here! it's a blast!

The condo was very clean and well organized. Very spacious. The rep for Al was helpful, responded to questions quickly, very pleasant. The location was perfect for our purposes. Would recommend.
