Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Upham Beach Park

Airbnb was fantastic! Quiet clean and an amazing pool to hang in, to top it off the host Brit is an absolute doll, she made our stay memorable for my husband baby and dog this weekend 10/5 stars!

We were hurricane gypsies for three weeks before we found the place, which had also been in the path of Hurricane Helene. Moving in was a close thing as power was out in the neighborhood, which had looked like a war zone. But Tyler and Angela had their property cleaned up and ready to go so that when the power came on the evening we arrived, the move in was easy and we were able to breath easy. It’s just a short walk to the beach, the area is coming back to life, and more restaurants are opening everyday. We’re looking forward to moving back to our home when it’s been restored, but until then, this is the next best thing.

The backyard was beautiful and a perfect place to relax in the afternoons and evenings. Everyone loved the pool. The place was a close drive to a lot of good restaurants in all directions. We had room to spread out since three of us had to work several days.

Ashley has a great spot!! Very fun and comfortable, perfect location for an easy drive to the beach or downtown. We’d stay again!

This is our second time staying at this house, but our first time in the second floor unit and it was even better than our first stay. Extremely close to the beach and John’s Pass. The actual condo was super clean, comfortable, and accessible. We loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back again soon.

House was super cute. The hosts thought of everything and had everything labeled as well as a guide book. Everything was clean. The only thing I would say was inconvenient was that we had to clean the pool frequently because of the foliage. A pool guy was supposed to come but we never saw anyone come clean the pool. That’s just a minor thing though and overall we loved our stay and would stay again!

I'm not even sure where to start! This place was absolutely perfect! 10 out of 10!! You cannot get any closer to the ocean than this! literally two steps out the back door and you are on the sand. it is all flat and easy short walk to the water!! The other plus is you were able to park right at the front door. literally two steps and you are in the door. no parking garage no lugging luggage to a condo on a luggage cart!! We were the first clients to stay in the bungalow after the hurricane! They have done such a nice job with it! Appliances, cabinetry, furniture is new! towels and beach towels provided! private/ shared pool a few steps away! You're not sharing the pool with 100 other people at a condo!! Sharky's restaurant right across the street! The beach itself was never packed! The one only hiccup we have was a little bit of a sewer issue, we messaged Liz and she had the plumber there within 45 minutes! problem solved! highly recommend this place!! we will definitely be back!!!

There was an issue when I arrived. Contacted the hosts and they were very proactive and got it taken care of promptly. My only possible complaint is the dolphins didn’t swing by. The location is A+, the view is wow, it is quiet and plenty of parking. The hideaway bed is crazy comfortable. It’s about a 7 inch memory foam. Pull the drapes at night, it is plenty dark, and you can wake up to water, sky, and boats in the harbor. Grab a coffee and enjoy salt life on the balcony. The coffee stock is very nice. On to other perks, plenty of the usual kitchen stuff. Add in dish pods and a dishwasher. Throw in a wash/dry combo… and detergent. I was there about a week. It was nice to be able to wash my clothes and towels and not have to buy a large bottle of detergent or pack my own pods. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to be out before 10. Tamas helped me out and I was out just a little late. He was very gracious knowing my situation. I would highly recommend this property and the host.

Priscilla was a great host! We really enjoyed the cozy house, and the pool. It’s a great place for 2 people. We are looking forward to staying there again.

First time in St. Pete and this place is awesome. Super clean, organized and modern. Close to the beach. Had a great time celebrating my birthday by the pool area. Super private and quiet neighborhood. My family and I love this place. You have everything you need in the house to have a smooth stay. Definitely would be staying again. 5 start place.

It was a great stay with plenty of space and easy access to the beach. Just what we anticipated.

The penthouse was even beyond our expectations. It was very modern, well decorated, clean, well equipped for our stay, including things for the beach. The view of the Sea Bay and Marina were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. Already thinking about a winter trip. Thank you, Mindy for being so accessible.

The Home was just as described. We throughly enjoyed swimming in the pool every day! The home's proximity is perfect as you're close to town for shopping and eating out, but also minutes away from the beach! We loved that the home was 1 level making it perfect for my elderly parents. Being pet friendly was a huge plus and the flexibility of booking during the week and not just Saturday to Saturday was great for our schedule. We enjoyed lunch at PJ'S Oyster Bar and Guppy's. Were able to have pizza delivered from Super Sardo's as well! The Botanical Gardens were beautiful and we enjoyed playing golf in Largo just down the road. The pool table was great and we enjoyed many nights of card playing at the dining table. It was convenient to have Smart TV's in every room as well as outside on the covered lanai. The lanai was perfect for reading a book with a cold beverage right from the outdoor fridge! Any questions we had were answered promptly by Danielle and always with resolution!

We stayed here 3 nights for my daughters 13th birthday. The view was amazing. I especially liked that I could sit on the balcony and still keep an eye on her and her friend at the beach. The master bedroom was perfect for our needs. Guest room is exactly like the photos, but it is very small. It was suitable for children or one adult, but I dont think two adults would be comfortable. Additional shelving in bathroom or under cabinets would be helpful. Some kind of shelf in master bath would be helpful. These were all minor inconveniences, and not enough to stop us from booking again! Overall we were very pleased! Check-in is at the building across the street.

My brand new husband and I stayed here for a wonderful honeymoon at the beach! The gulf was gorgeous, SO warm and relaxing! We had a lovely time, and enjoyed access to beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc... Thank you for the great memories!

This Airbnb was absolutely beautiful! I loved the decor it was cute and simple, and the space was perfect for our needs. The hosts provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the shower was amazing! They were also incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in much earlier than expected. The only downsides were the mosquitoes (likely due to the proximity to the lake) and a couple of spiders, but those are just a part of nature! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb

Beautiful minimalist relaxing two bedroom corner first floor condo one corner walking distance from the soft sands and clear soothing waves of St Pete beach. Easy digital keypad access private parking and comfortable furniture beds linens with kitchen and bathroom stocked with starter essentials. Micro fiber beach towels are genius and the private yard and shed stocked with beach wagon chairs and supplies create a stress free beach bum experience. WiFi and TV ready for your streaming accounts. Love the wraparound white sheers for a luxurious simple view of palm trees early morning sunlight and passersby while enjoying coffee slow and leisurely. Easy communication with owners and manager as needed. Super clean inside and peaceful neighborhood outside. Accessibility to restaurants within walking distance. Hope this all stays this high quality and looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for all the happy vibes.

We enjoyed our three night stay here. The location is close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Marc was quick to answer any questions we had and checkout was a breeze.

The house was very clean and for the most part quiet. The house is a duplex so you can at times hear the neighbors or their pet. I’m a side sleeper and found the bed very comfortable. There is no door between the kitchen/sitting area and the bedroom. The shower is very nice! The outside seating is very nice as well. I would definitely think about returning to this apartment!

Zoe’s place was great! Our dogs loved playing in the yard and the house was just the right size for my husband and I plus the two of them for the week. Very quiet neighborhood that’s convenient to St Pete, and nearby downtown Gulfport which is adorable. Zoe sent us a list of places to try and they didn’t disappoint!

Very cute house inside and outside! Very family friendly and couldn’t ask for a better home to spend our trip!

Excellent apartment in a great location. Bonus there was a garage to keep our car off the street. It was within a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful modern decor. Bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t find one thing we would change.
